"PATRIOT EXTREMISTS"

TURNING THE GRACE OF GOD INTO LASCIVIOUSNESS

Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.  For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

I will therefore put you in remembrance, though ye once knew this, how that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed them that believed not.  And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day.  Even as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

Likewise also filthy dreamers defile the flesh, despise dominion, and speak evil of dignities.  Yet Michael the archangel, when contending with the devil he disputed about the body of Moses, durst not bring against him a railing accusation, but said, The Lord rebuke thee.  But these speak evil of those things which they know not: but what they know naturally, as brute beasts, in those things they corrupt themselves.

Woe unto them! For they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.  These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear: clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, twice dead, plucked up by the roots; raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to who is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever.

And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, to execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him.  These are murmurers, complainers walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage.

But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; how that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts.  These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.

But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.

And of some have compassion, making a difference: and others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, to the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever.  Amen. Jude 1:3-25

"PATRIOT EXTREMISTS"

On September 17, 1997, Representative Karen Schmidt, Chairman of the Organized Crime Advisory Board of the State of Washington, sent a memo to all Washington State Senators and Representatives on the subject of Paper Terrorism.  She encouraged all to report any "anti-government organization . . . overburdening our communications, business, or judicial system with frivolous or repetitive petitions, property liens, and small claims courts to the Washington State Patrol, Organized Crime Intelligence Unity."

Representative Schmidt defines these "anti-government organizations" as "individuals who view themselves as victims of a government conspiracy to take away their individual rights and liberties." According to Representative Schmidt these "anti-government extremists or ‘Patriot' movement[s]" are conducting recruitment and information seminars across her state as well as across the nation and are promoting "their own self-styled government[s]." "Bizarre conspiracy theories" are being fueled by these meetings, according to Representative Schmidt.  "Paper terrorism," she writes, is one form of antigovernment "Patriot" tactic to "clog government services with meaningless requests, consuming time and disrupting schedules."

She lists several examples of "paper terrorism" such as "bogus liens," "frivolous lawsuits," "passing counterfeit bank checks and other fraudulent negotiable instruments," forming "common law courts," "challenging judges in an effort to disqualify them—referencing prior challenges," "scheming to avoid paying state sales tax," "disrupting the court system by persuading fellow jail inmates to defend themselves as Patriots," "distributing the extremist Citizens Handbook to foster jury nullification," "using the Internet to promote extremist ideas," "filing bogus claims," and "requesting information from courts, government agencies, elected officials and businesses in the form of frivolous questions in an effort to consume employee's time."  This list contains some activities I too consider illegal and detrimental to good government.  The Citizens Handbook I have read and unless shown differently see it as foundational to a free society.  Who determines the limit to citizen petitions for government redress? The word "frivolous" is a subjective word which can be wrongly used by any person in our out of public office. This is a case of socialist infiltration of our political area by those who have an extreme view of how the citizen should behave himself.  The question is "on the scale of inalienable rights does the government have more weight or does the individual citizen."  In a free society it is always the citizen.  Therefore the right of vigilance is fundamental to maintain those rights.  May the burden of proof be upon government and not upon the citizen.

Some of these activities listed by Representative Schmidt would make the early patriots of this nation outlaws.  Could the soldiers who died for our nation be labeled "patriot extremists?" This is not an extreme, but an important question, which it appears Schmidt and those who think like her do not consider in their busywork to inform elected officials about the citizenry.

Having read the transformational Marxist, Gramsci's works.  I believe he would encourage "Extremist Ideas" via the Internet.  Gramsci is the philosophical foundation for Goals 2000, OBE, TQM, and STW.  Extremist ideas on the Internet, as Representative Schmidt is concerned with, such as "Assassination Politics' or predicting the date of death of a law enforcement officer or government official to win a cash price," I agree that these actions should concern us all and calls for legal recourse by a civil government.  But to use this as a definition of extremist ideas without proper order is to make Representative Schmidt herself an extremist if not an over reacting person.  After reading her agenda I have no problem in placing her in the former.

Much of what Representative Schmidt is doing here is to place questions within the minds of elected officials as to the intent of their constituents who may have legitimate concerns on how our government is being "transformed."  Some of the activities listed above can simply be the result of a vigilant public.  Without encouraging vigilance in regards to the abusive use of government to balance the picture, Representative Schmidt has only manifested an agenda of her own—censorship.

Consider the following definition she gives for extremist patriots.  "Tell-tale signs of Patriot Extremists can often be found in their conversation or written documents.  Common indicators are biblical passages, referring to the states as a ‘republic,'  calling zip codes a ‘postal zone,' refusing to acknowledge direct questions, separating their middle and last names with a comma or colon, placing a thumb print on a document, claiming the court has no authority, or using the phrases a;; rights reserved, without prejudice, UCC 1-207, pro se, sui juris, united states, Black's law."  Being a student of early American History, this definition of extremists sends a chill down my spine.  If this is the definition for extremist patriots, then every traditional-minded patriotic American is in trouble and is now to be labeled an enemy of the state.  To realize that the elected officials of a state are receiving such memos of "warning" by departments responsible for identifying criminal activity should concern all citizens. The dialectic always declares war on its own citizens, the same is manifesting itself true here.

She then adds: "These anti-government extremists and supporters are convinced citizens are being systematically oppressed by an illegal totalitarian government.  They believe the time for traditional political reform has passed, that their freedom will only be secured by resistance to the law and attacks against the government in several forms."

I do believe the citizens of America are being oppressed by an illegal form of government.  It came into force when then Gov. Bill Clinton facilitated the Governors' Conference of 1989.  Facilitated meetings led by socio-psychological methodology, with the governors of the states introducing laws for the citizens (some governors refused to participate), through the use of task force meetings, using the media to put pressure on legislators to pass these laws under "emergency" clauses, not allowing citizens the time needed to understand the changes that would be taking place is, dare I say, "Un-American."  The ‘diverse group of people, dialoguing to consensus, over social issues or crises, in a facilitated meeting" soviet form of government has now replaced the Constitutional Republic our forefathers gave us.  All this has been done through the use of state governors and taxpayers money.

Compare the statement made by the transformational Marxist György Lukács with that by George Washington.  Schmidt leans towards the former and I dare say the citizens she criticize lean if not rest upon the latter.

"... which the consciousness of the proletariat has striven to create ever since its inception. The workers' council spells the political and economic defeat of reification. In the period following the dictatorship it will eliminate the bourgeois separation of the legislature, administration and judiciary."  György Lukács History & Class Consciousness March, 1920  (emphasis added)

"It is important, likewise, that the habits of thinking in a free country should inspire caution, in those entrusted with its administration, to confine themselves within their respective constitutional spheres, avoiding in the exercise of the powers of one department to encroach upon another.  The spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the powers of all the departments in one, and thus to create, whatever the form of government, a real despotism.  A just estimate of that love of power, and proneness to abuse it, which predominates in the human heart, is sufficient to satisfy us of the truth of this position.  The necessity of reciprocal checks in the exercise of political power, by dividing and distributing it into different depositories, and constituting each the guardian of the public weal against invasions by the others, has been evinced by experiments ancient and modern;  some of them in our country and under our own eyes.  To preserve them must be as necessary as to institute them. If, in the opinion of the people, the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates.  But let there be no change by usurpation; for, though this, in one instance, may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed.  The precedent must always greatly overbalance in permanent evil any partial or transient benefit which the use can at any time yield." George Washington  Farewell Speech

Limited government as given us by the Constitution is now replaced with an overpowering shadow government reflecting that of György Lukács—"all for our own good of course."  So instead of "inalienable—not able to give up, self-evident rights," we now live under the rights determined by Departments of Health, Education, Welfare, Labor, etc. guided by professional socio-psychologists—human rights.  We no longer have government "of the people, by the people, and for the people" but government of socio-psychologists, by socio-psychologists, and for socio-psychologists—a politburo form of government, guided by transformational Marxist ideology.  Why else would former Gov. Clinton have attended classes at the transformational Marxist Gramsci Institute in Italy.

As I have said in the past, I cannot separate that sweet caring wonderful facilitator from a socio-psychologist from a transformational Marxist.  They are all the same—who could, by the way, be your own son or daughter who just graduated from college, who knows more about how you should care for your family, run your business, and vote than you do.

I have studied the men who developed this process.  I am not an "extremist" patriot paranoid when I state that the educational and economic elite are facilitating this nation into global socialism under the U.N.  There is plenty of UN and Goals 2000 and School-to-Work documentation to support what I say.  All anyone has to do is their homework, something, evidently, Representative Schmidt has not bothered to do.  "Ignorance is bliss."

Either she is deceived or she knows exactly what she is doing.  Honestly, I hope she just does not know the rest of the story.  Maybe then, with some time spent in research, she could come to see the error of her way.  Otherwise, she and others like her in influential positions will keep on handing out this type of liberal anti-American information to the other elected officials of their state.

Ruth Larson, of the Washington Times (Nov. 97) reported on 770 Forest Service employees who attended a motivational conference in Sacramento, California.  They learned how to "proactively use and create change."   Phrases used were "Everyone's truth is truth."  "Alternate realities are OK." "Collective ability to carry out our mission," "Inclusionary environment"  "Moving us toward our full potential." "Change can reach ‘critical mass,'" etc.  US taxpayers were charged $500,000 for this conference.

A Questionnaire for the Military

After some of my meetings I have had soldiers come up and tell me about a test they took with a question #46 which dealt with gun control in the United States.  I have come across that test.  Notice tracking capabilities.  Also notice the change from U.S. to U.N. extra-military participation, especially question 39, question 45, and question 46.  (Am I overreacting or is this treasonous?)  Later I talked with a reporter who said it was only a sample test and which was eventually dropped.  I beg to differ.  After reading it I believe you will see most of it now being implemented. Abraham Maslow in his book "Maslow on Management" declared a globalist, anti-American agenda and pressed for a socializing of the united States military as a humanitarian agency assisting in floods, etc. and less in the role of national defense, emphasizing its increasing role in U.N. agendas. Maslow in his personal notes declared himself as a Marxist humanist.  As one who has studied both Marx's and Maslow's writing for decades his test reflects Maslow's Marxist ideology. Anyone presenting such a test to our military, even to "test the waters," is guilty of treason.  But who cares?
