This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was. But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience, persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.

Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; and that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom; preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.

For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; and they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

At my first answer no man stood with me, but all men forsook me. I pray God that it may not be laid to their charge. Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me; that by me the preaching might be fully known, and that all the Gentiles might hear: and I was delivered out of the mouth of the lion. And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom to whom be glory for ever and ever.

Having established the environment of praxis, a diverse group of people, dialoguing to consensus, over a social issue, in a facilitated meeting as essential, if the dialectic with its thesis—you, antithesis—others, and synthesis—we (See A Diverse Group Of People, Dialoguing To Consensus, Over Social Issues, In A Facilitated Meeting Is A Soviet.) is to become the transformational way of thinking for the 21^st century, I am now explaining the essence of the system, how it must work. If global, cosmic oneness is to manifest itself in its full "glory" it can only be done through this diabolical process I call Diaprax—the dialectical process in praxis.

According to those who promote this way of thinking (Management of Organizational Behavior: Utilizing Human Resources, Paul Hersey, Kenneth H. Blanchard, Prentice Hall, Inc., Engelwood Cliffs, New Jersey, 1969: A Systems View of the World, Laszlo, Ervin; New York: George Braziller; 1972: A Strategy for the Future, The Systems Approach to World Order; Laszlo, Ervin, New York: George Braziller, 1974), everyone in society must participate in this environment or else feel a sense of guilt when they do not. Each diverse group of people must have a facilitator and facilitator aides. These facilitators and their aides are graded on how well they get the group to participate (come to consensus) on solving a social problem. They must take part in decision making themselves.

Those who take part in the next higher level perform the very same procedure of dialectic-praxis but should of course participate more willingly.

The facilitator from this group of facilitators must themselves take part in the next higher level of group process, made up of fellow facilitators of facilitators. The same dialectic-praxis procedure determines the outcome of this group as well.

There are layers upon layers of these "group-think" "fellowships," interconnected with each other, depending upon the needs of each group, from the many lower layers to the very top layer, all doing the very same dialectic-praxis process.

This is being manifested in education, from the local department of education, to the state, to the national, to the global. There is a global. The UN has been promoting this process for decades with UNESCO. UNESCO is running your local school district. UNESCO does not allow any decision to be made outside of a diverse group of people, dialoguing to consensus, over a social issue, in a facilitated meeting. This is the very same procedure being used all the way down into your child's OBE classroom.

The same procedure is being used in the workplace (TQM), in political offices (STW), in the military (TQL), in the police (DARE), in the church (WCC, Church Growth (CG), the Emerging Church (EC), as well as the local ministers' alliance), as well as other religious ministries around the world. All decisions for the 21^st century will be made this way. Our Constitutional Republic form of government was only tolerated, and is now ignored while all the world is brought under the control of this dialectic-praxis process.

Everyone will like it because there will be no personal accountability to anyone except the process. Since it numbs meaning to life, other than belonging and participating in the process, people will be willing to give up their rights over their land and their children as the dialectic-praxis process wins their hearts and thereby controls their lives. Everyone from the top down will "just do it."—everyone except the uncompromising Christian. The Diaprax article Consensus & The Conscience included Jesus' response on this matter.

General Systems is simply the application of dialectic-praxis in everybody's life for the sake of world harmony. Like drones, the world will follow. Only those who find another way—Jesus Christ—will not participate. He is "the way, the truth, and the life." The choice is between Jesus Christ and this world. You must choose!

"For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels." Mark 8:36-38

The laboratory method was started in 1946 at the State Teachers College in New Britain, Connecticut. The first T-Group experiment was done there. Kurt Lewin, Kenneth D. Benne, Leland P. Bradford, and Ronald Lippitt were the main leaders. The results of this project is recorded in Human Relations in Curriculum Change, edited by Kenneth Benne and published in 1951.

Lewin brought group dynamics and action-research, Benne brought educational philosophy and workshop and discussion methods as well as intercultural education, Bradford brought adult education and workshop methods, and Lippitt brought social psychology and group behavior and a background in education theory from his work with Piaget. The major find for these men was the use of experience with feedback and analysis as a tool for changing and controlling society.

The First National Training Laboratory was held in Bethel, Maine in 1947. It was sponsored by the Research Center for Group Dynamics at MIT; The National Education Association; Columbia University Teachers College; Springfield College; U.C.L.A.; and Cornell University. It was funded by a grant from the Office of Naval Research and directed by John R. P. French, Jr. of the Research Center for Group Dynamics. There are now 10 Regional Training Laboratories.

Tavistock, based in England, is a global change agent organization with its foundation built upon the psychoanalytic work of Melanie Kleein, W. W. Bion and the men above. OBE, TQM, STW, CG, and especially EC (the Emerging Church) are the product of the NTL, the RTL's, and Tavistock. I am sometimes asked by people at the meetings if I have security. My answer is yes. He provides all our needs. I have to admit I do get anxious at times and have to remember Phil 1:21 & 4:6-7 "For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain." "Be careful [anxious] for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ." He has proven himself always faithful.
