Concerning Education:
its use of the Dialectic Process
for the purpose of 'change'

The dialectic process (of Hegel, Marx, Freud, etc. fame), with its steps of thesis, antithesis, and synthesis, is the method being used by the so called "new" world order for the 'purpose' of 'change.'  The thesis is simply a position taken on any given situation or condition (a condition of consciousness, awareness of commands to be obeyed and the consequence for disobedience).  The antithesis is a feeling of tension (a condition of sensuousness―self consciousness) engendered as the result of conflicting positions on a given situation (one position based upon commands and the other position based upon personal feelings in the 'moment').  Synthesis is the overcoming of the tension (the conflict between two opposing/different positions) by 'rationally,' i.e. dialectically (human reasoning) uniting upon a new position (a position based upon the desire for the "feeling" of oneness) which resolves the tension, i.e. overcomes the "alienation" created between the two parties because of their conflicting positions and removes the "repression" created by the restraining of one's own desires because of an opposing or different, i.e. 'unchangeable' position.
Preaching and teaching (inculcating facts, truth, and commands to be obeyed without question) in itself initiates and sustains a thesis (unchangeable) position, engendering antithesis between people of differing positions.  Dialogue (the freely sharing of opinions, i.e. how one feels or what one thinks) initiates and sustains communication (synthesis) between people, which overcomes the "alienating" and "repressing" (restraining) condition of preaching and teaching.  While preaching and teaching inhibits or prevents 'change' dialogue initiates and sustains it.
