Mental Illness.

by
Dean Gotcher

Socialism and psychology are based upon the ideology that there is only physical, mental, and social health, making physical and mental health, i.e., how you "feel" and what you "thing" (in a group setting) subject to social health, , i.e., "human relationship," i.e., your need of society, i.e., the collective (affirmation), making physical and mental capital, i.e., your finances, physical abilities, etc., and education, mental abilities, etc., subject to social capital, i.e., your social worth, i.e., your contribution to society, i.e., socialism. In this way of thinking (Transformational Marxism) anyone or anything inhibiting or blocking socialism, i.e., social capital, i.e., your contribution to society, i.e., social health, including you, becomes the cause of mentally illness—making everyone mentally ill, except socialists, i.e., "group psychotherapists," i.e., facilitator's of 'change,' and those following after them. This 'Reasoning' (dialectic 'reasoning') establishes the child's' carnal nature, i.e., "human nature" over and therefore against the father's/Father's authority, 'liberating' the child and therefore society from parental and/or Godly restraint, i.e., "unnatural" restraint, negating the guilty conscience for doing wrong, disobeying, sinning in the process, replacing it with the "super-ego," i.e., the persons "feelings" of the 'moment,' making his own life experience, i.e., his own "sense experience," along with his "sensuous needs" and "sense perception" of the 'moment' the means whereby he is to determine "good" from "evil," i.e., "right" from "wrong." (Karl Marx, MEGA I/3) Instead of those in authority holding children accountable for their carnal thoughts and actions, engendering a guilty conscience in them for doing wrong, disobeying, sinning, i.e., becoming mature, children, through the art craft (profession) of social-psychologists, are 'justified' in their "feelings" of resentment toward authority when authorities commands, rules, facts, and truth get in their way, 'justifying' the 'liberal' mind, which according to social-psychologists is the standard for "normal," i.e., which everyone has in common, making social health and social capital, i.e., the questioning, challenging, defying, disregarding, attacking of authority the measure of all things, thus initiating and sustaining common-ism, making the negation of the father's/Father's authority, i.e., "mental illness" the concern of all individuals—for the "good" of society.

James Coleman, who earned his PhD. under Paul Lazarsfeld (who, as a Marxist, i.e., associated with the "Frankfurt School," immigrated to America from Germany in the 30's), was a major source for SCOTUS, "helping" our highest court make decisions regarding education. Coleman explained how using "Mental Illness" as an issue can be used to overcome resistance to 'change'—which traditional society, i.e., the traditional family, i.e., the father's authority manifests against globalism aka common-ism.

Norman O. Brown best explained the mental state of those running the "asylum," i.e., those defining "mental illness." "The entry into Freud cannot avoid being a plunge into a strange world and a strange language—a world of sick men, ....It is a shattering experience for anyone seriously committed to the Western traditions of morality and rationality to take a steadfast, unflinching look at what Freud has to say. To experience Freud is to partake a second time of the forbidden fruit; and this book [Life Against Death: The Psychoanalytical Meaning of History] cannot without sinning communicate that experience to the reader." "Our real choice is between holy and unholy madness: open your eyes and look around you—madness is in the saddle anyhow." "It is possible to be mad and to be unblest, but it is not possible to get the blessing without the madness; it is not possible to get the illuminations without the derangement," "I wagered my intellectual life on the idea of finding in Freud what was missing in Marx." (Norman O. Brown, regarding his book Life Against Death: The Psychoanalytical Meaning of History) Mike Connor commenting on Brown and his work on Freud and Marx, at Browns funeral stated: "But Brown believed that the payoff was worth the price of sin—namely, that alienation would be overcome, and the return of the repressed completed, rendering problems of sin permanently moot. Life Against Death established Brown, along with his colleague and friend Herbert Marcuse, and later Charles Reich, as an intellectual leader of the New Left …. a Marxist mode of Freudian analysis. Brown's push to resurrect the human body with all its erotic urges freely expressed, resonated with the members of the Human Potential Movement and the undergrads they were influencing in the 60's." (March 23-30, 2005 issue of Metro Santa Cruz)

The famous psychotherapist Carl Rogers wrote: "In psychology, Freud and his followers have presented convincing arguments that the id, man's basic and unconscious nature, is primarily made up of instincts which would, if permitted expression, result in incest, murder, and other crimes." "The whole problem of therapy, as seen by this group [which includes Rogers himself], is how to hold these untamed forces in check in a wholesome and constructive manner, rather than in the costly fashion of the neurotic [the child/man/society being "neurotic," i.e., doing the father's/Father's will while wanting to do his/its will, i.e., be himself/itself instead]." (Carl Rogers, on becoming a person: A Therapist View of Psychotherapy) Abraham Maslow explained Roger's "wholesome and constructive manner" in his Journals: "So it looks as if nudism is the first step toward ultimate free-animality-humanness. It's the easiest to take. Must encourage it. Yet nakedness is absolutely right. So is the attack on antieroticism, the Christian & Jewish foundations. Must move in the direction of the Reichian orgasm. I certainly enjoy nudism as at Esalen & have no trouble with it. And I certainly think sex is wonderful, even sacred. And I approve in principle of the advancement of knowledge & experimentation with anything." "This movement can be dignified and Apollonian ... I must put as much of this as is possible & usable in my education book, & more & more in succeeding writings." (Abraham Maslow, The Journals of Abraham Maslow) "I have found whenever I ran across authoritarian students [those who humble and deny themselves, doing the father's/Father's will instead] that the best thing for me to do was to break their backs immediately." "The correct thing to do with authoritarians is to take them realistically for the bastards they are and then behave toward them as if they were bastards." (Abraham Maslow, Maslow on Management) Welcome to your child's college (as well as grade school and high school) "group grade," "team building" classroom experience today, with facilitator of 'change,' i.e., "group psychotherapist" "helping" them become "normal," i.e., overcome any "mental illness" they might be harboring.

Brown continued: "Adult sexuality, restricted by rules, to maintain family and society [to maintain the "top-down" system or patriarchal paradigm of the "old" world order], . . . leads to neurosis." "The repression of normal adult sexuality is required only by cultures which are based on patriarchal domination ["Lower Order Thinking"]." "Our repressed desires are the desires we had unrepressed, in childhood; and they are sexual desires." "Parental discipline, religious denunciation of bodily pleasure [abstinence (self restraint, self-discipline, the humbling and denying of self)], . . . have all left man overly docile [un/anti-revolutionary], but secretly in his unconscious [in his urges and impulses to become at-one-with the world in pleasure, in the 'moment,' manifested in his imagination] unconvinced, and therefore neurotic [where the child's mind is caught between that which is of nature, i.e. of his own "feelings," i.e. of the flesh and the world and that which "represses" (blocks) nature, i.e. that which is of the supernatural, i.e. the Father's authority, where the child's actions, made subject to the Father's authority, are in conflict with his thoughts, which are influenced by his "feelings" for (and therefore influenced by) the things of the world]." "If society imposes repression [by supporting the traditional family structure, i.e. honoring the Father's position of authority in the home], and repression causes the universal neurosis of man [man obeying the Father's "top-down" authority instead of following after his own natural inclinations, i.e. thinking, feeling, and acting according to "human nature"], . . . there is an intrinsic connection between social organization [the traditional family structure which separates the child from his own carnal nature and the carnal nature of society, i.e. the "communist community," i.e. where 'common-unity' is based upon 'common-ism'] and neurosis." "The bondage of all cultures to their cultural heritage [where children have to obey their parent's commands and rules, accepting their facts and truth "as given" (regarding right and wrong behavior), which "represses" their natural inclination, i.e. "putting the lid on" Pandora's box, ,i.e. on their impulses and urges to become at-one-with the world in pleasure, in the 'moment' ] is a neurotic construction." "By the standards of normal adult sexuality [by the standards of the traditional husband-wife relationship, with the husband "ruling" over his home well, and the desires of the wife being to her husband, and the children obeying their parent's, in the Lord, to "maintain family and society"] children are polymorphously perverse ['incestuous']." "Normal adult sexuality [the traditional husband-wife relationship], judged by the standard of infantile sexuality [the child's natural inclination to become at-one-with nature, in pleasure, in the 'moment'], is an unnatural restriction [a supernatural restriction] of the erotic potentialities of the human body." "Freud takes with absolute seriousness the proposition of Jesus: ‘Except ye become as little children [think, feel, and act according to your carnal nature, unrestrained by the Father's authority], ye can in no wise enter the kingdom of heaven [become at one with your own flesh and the world, i.e. experience "worldly peace and socialist harmony"].'" "Psychoanalysis declares the fundamental bisexual character of human nature [whatever the source of pleasure is, as long as it does not "harm" yourself or others, it does not matter];" " According to Freud, the ultimate essence of our being is erotic, and demands activity according to the pleasure-principle ["lust," "enjoyment"]." "The foundation on which the man of the future will be built is already there, in the repressed unconscious [in the child's (in our) carnal nature]; the foundation has to be recovered [the child in us all, i.e. the 'libido,' i.e. our "lust" for pleasure, i.e. our sexual drive has to be 'liberated' from the Father's authority]. " (Norman O. Brown, Life Against Death: The Psychoanalytical Meaning of History)

"To enjoy the present reconciles us to the actual." (Karl Marx, Critique of Hegel's 'Philosophy of Right')

"The child, contrary to appearance, is the absolute, the rationality of the relationship; he is what is enduring and everlasting, the totality which produces itself once again as such [once he is 'liberated' from the father'/Father's authority to become as he was before the father's/Father's first command, rule, fact, or truth came into his life (separating him from his "self" and the world), of (and now for) "self" and the world only]." (Georg Hegel, System of Ethical Life)

If you start with the nature of the child, i.e. with "human nature" as the premise for 'reality,' then pleasure (the natural inclination of the child to approach pleasure and avoid pain) becomes the 'drive' and the augmentation of pleasure the 'purpose' of life, establishing pleasure, i.e., the child's carnal nature over and therefore against authority, negating the Father's authority, thereby negating the guilty conscience for doing wrong, disobeying, sinning ("neurosis") in the process. Therefore it is in the child's (and therefore man's) natural inclination to approach pleasure and resent restraint that Freud 'justifies' the praxis of psychology. Psychology begins with the premise that "infants know no guide except the pleasure-principle." "Freud saw that in the id there is no negation [no parental authority, i.e. no Godly restraint, i.e. no "Thou shalt not"], only affirmation and eternity [only the child's desire for the carnal pleasures of the 'moment' which the world stimulates]." "Infants have a richer sexual life than adults [who are burdened with the rules of right and wrong behavior regarding pleasure]. Infantile sexuality is the pursuit of pleasure obtained through the activity of any and all organs of the human body. While adult sexuality serves the socially useful purpose of breeding children, it is for the individual in some sense an end in itself as a source of pleasure – according to Freud, the highest pleasure. Children have not acquired that sense of shame which, according to the Biblical story, expelled mankind from Paradise, and which, presumably, would be discarded if Paradise were regained [if pleasure instead of right-wrong became the 'purpose' of life then man could know "Paradise" in this life, in the here-and-now, with no "shame," i.e. with no "guilty conscience"]." "Self-perfection of the human individual is fulfilled in union with the world in pleasure." (Norman O. Brown, Life Against Death: The Psychoanalytical Meaning of History)

Herbart Marcuse, continuing Browns explaining of Freud's reasoning behind the use of psychology to 'change' society, wrote: "... the hatred against patriarchal suppression—a 'barrier to incest,' ... the desire (for the sons) to return to the motherculminates in the rebellion of the exiled sons, the collective killing and devouring of the father, and the establishment of the brother clan," "'It is not really a decisive matter whether one has killed one's father or abstained from the deed,' if the function of the conflict [the negation (annihilation) of the Father's authority] and its consequences are the same [there is no Father's authority restraining the child's carnal nature, i.e. "human nature"]." "If the guilt [the "guilty conscience" for disobeying the Father's commands, rules, facts, and truth] accumulated in the civilized domination of man by man [reflected in the Father's authority over his children] can ever be redeemed by freedom [the children 'redeemed, i.e. 'liberated' from the Father's authority, 'reconciled' back to the world], then the 'original sin' [the children determining what is right and what is wrong according to their own personal "feelings" and "thoughts" of the 'moment'] must be committed again: We must again eat from the tree of knowledge in order to fall back into the state of innocence [as the children were before their Father's first command and threat of chastening for disobedience (threat of being cast out for disrespecting his authority)]." (Herbart Marcuse explaining Freud's historiography in his book, Eros and Civilization: a psychological inquiry into Freud)

While the brain can have physical problems from birth, accident, etc., mental illness itself is a condition of the heart. "The heart is deceitful above all things [thinking pleasure is the standard for "good" instead of doing the father's/Father's will], and desperately wicked [hating whoever prevents, i.e., inhibits or blocks it from enjoying the carnal pleasures of the 'moment' it desires which the world stimulates]: who can know it?" Jeremiah 17:9 By socialists looking at "human relationship," i.e., affirmation (which is you, along with others who are thinking the same way as you, 'justifying' yourself, i.e., your desire for the carnal pleasures of the 'moment' which the world stimulates and your resentment toward anyone who is standing in your way) as the measuring rode for mental health they make all mankind subject to that which is of the world only, i.e., loving pleasure and hating restraint, turning them against the Father and his love for them, i.e., doing right and not wrong according to his will. "For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world." 1 John 2:16

Marxism (in consensus with psychology) makes all mankind mentally ill until they become socialists, subject to the world (nature) only—'liberated' from the father's/Father's authority so they can do wrong, disobey, sin with impunity, i.e., so they can do wrong, disobey, sin with no sense of guilt. Karl Marx wrote: "It is not individualism [the child under the father's/Father's authority, doing the father's/Father's will] that fulfills the individual, on the contrary it destroys him. Society ["human relationship based upon self interest," i.e., the child's carnal nature] is the necessary framework through which freedom [from the father's/Father's authority] and individuality [to be "of and for self," i.e., of and for the world only] are made realities." (Karl Marx, in John Lewis, The Life and Teachings of Karl Marx)

On the program’s very own recordkeeping forms, the twelve “at risk” groups are defined. Every family could certainly fit into one of these categories! (This could lead to being labeled dysfunctional, and having your children removed by means of Senate Bill 1133, the “Comprehensive Services for Children and Youth Act of 1991”).

The “at risk” designation includes:

  • Premature babies, emergency delivery or birth trauma
  • A child’s slow growth, poor appetite or frequent illness
  • Delayed development (vaguely defined – based on observation)
  • Inability of parent to cope with inappropriate child behavior, including spanking as exclusive form of discipline, and inconsistency.
  • a parent who is ill, heavy, tired, depressed, handicapped, injured or appears to be of low-level intelligence (Can you imagine the can of worms this will open against a parent the district dislikes?!!)
  • overindulgence, undue spoiling on part of parent
  • stress on the family, such as a parent that travels frequently, moving to a new home, a death in the family, divorce or separation, birth of a sibling, three children under the age of three, prolonged illness, loss of a job, low level of income
  • the catch-all, “other” suggests parent-educators look for things like allergies, heavy cigarette smoking in the house, family history of hearing loss, lack of stimulation or over-stimulation, predominantly inappropriate or very few toys.

One can easily see why no category for normal is needed. According to this assessment (made during each home visit),

Mental illness is the same as being labeled "Psychological," which was used in the Soviet Union to silence anyone who inhibited or blocked socialism, i.e., anyone who condemned the socialists for their Godless ways. President Ronald Reagan stated that he did not leave the Democratic Party but that it had left him, having turned against the father's authority, becoming common-ist in its way—having in the 50's embraced the ideology of Transformational Marxism, i.e., "the Frankfurt School," where Marxism was merged with psychology, allowing Marxism to fly undetected, i.e., under the radar into our classrooms, workplace, and government with facilitators of 'change' ('change' agents), "group psychotherapists" creating environments where all participants were "encouraged" (pressured) to dialogue their opinions to a consensus, i.e., to be "positive" (the essence of common-ism), 'creating' a "new" world order 'liberated from the father's/Father's authority, i.e., negating the "negative," washing the father's/Father's authority from the mind of the next generation, along with the guilty conscience for doing wrong, disobeying, sinning, so that all could do wrong, disobey, sin with impunity. Mental illness is antithetical to the Word of God, establishing man's identity upon himself, i.e., his carnal nature instead of upon God who created him, thus leaving man in his sins. "It is not in man that walketh to direct his steps." Jeremiah 10:23

By filtering all things through dialogue, i.e., through how a person is "feeling" in the 'moment,' i.e., "lusting" after the carnal pleasures of the 'moment' which the world is stimulating and thinking, i.e., resenting whoever is inhibiting or block him from having and enjoying what it is he is desiring in the 'moment' or desires to have and enjoy in the future, 'reality' becomes subject to everyone's opinion, i.e., subject to their "sensuous needs" and "sense perception" of the 'moment,' i.e., their "sense experience" (Karl Marx, MEGA I/3), which makes them subject to the environment in which they find themselves and the one(s) manipulating it. This makes all thing subjective. While claiming to be scientific, which requires that truth or facts be "observable and repeatable," it is theory or opinion only, instead, i.e., "observable and definable," making everyone subject to the carnal desires of the person(s) taking control over the situation, making everyone subject to their evaluation (aufheben ), i.e., their seduction, deception, and manipulation, using them as "natural resource" ("human resource") for their own pleasure and gain. Mental illness filters out the authority of the father/Father, making everyone subject to the facilitator of 'change,' i.e., the "psychotherapist," making everyone subject to their carnal nature and the ways of the world, i.e., Godless, with the "church" joining in, doing it in "the name of the Lord."

"There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death." Proverbs 16:25 "Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD." Jeremiah 17:5 "Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." Matthew 7:21-23

The Lord has given us another way. "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6

"If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory. Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them. But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;" Colossians 3:1-9

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus." Romans 3:23-26

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God." John 3:16-21
