Steve Rea is a farmer and also works at a
foundry near Salem, Ohio. He won a state Supreme Court decision
giving him the right to see the Ohio Proficiency Test and how it was
graded. His research and presentation is based upon this court
case. He explains the assessment testing that is going on in the
schools today and also the data collection. He and his wife Kay
are currently homeschooling their youngest daughter.
