Steve Goss is a mechanical engineer with a hi-tech firm
where he has been employed for 20 years. He holds three US
technology-related patents. He has seen Total Quality Management
(TQM) at work in his company and other companies around the world.
Steve's research has primarily been focused on the men who started this
process in the business world. He explains TQM, Systems Dynamics,
Systems thinking, diversity training, ISO certification, and how these
processes are affecting our workplace in America.
Steve has been active in promoting public policies that
encourage private funding of private education, yet avoiding the
entanglement of government strings. He is founder and president of
Arizona Parents for Traditional Education. Steve has lobbied for
State and Federal laws against pornography, abortion, and School to
Work.
Steve and his wife Margaret and their two sons live
in Tucson, Arizona.
