DEAN GOTCHER SPEAKING SCHEDULE
Last update 01-30-12
Please check for schedule
changes.
Currently we are working on meetings for January in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California. If you are interested in having me speak to your fellowship, or in your town hall, library, civic center, or home (or a friend's home) please e-mail me at deangotcher@gmail.com. Also, if you know of anyone across the nation who might be willing to host a meeting, call them and ask. If they are willing (or might be willing) let us know (have them contact us) and the next time we are heading their direction we will check with them to see if they can host a meeting at that time.
I also do an extended in-depth study if you are (or anyone you know is) interesting in hosting it. The first night is my regular presentation. The second day and/or night I present an extended, in-depth lecture on the men (and the methods they used, which are still being used today) who proliferated the dialectical process in America. I would prefer an all day meeting over a night meeting (on the second day) as I can cover more material this way and have time for questions and answers. To attend the second meeting people should (I want to say must, but that is not always possible) attend the first meeting or have heard my presentation previously (understand what I presented). It is unfair to those who attended the first lecture, when I have to go over the first meetings material to catch those who did not attend up (which I always end up doing when people don't come to the first night's lecture). Thus, not having the time necessary to get into depth on the subject, covering the men who propagated it, the methods they used, and how we are to respond, etc. and not having time for questions and answers at the end, results. I am not bothered by going over the first meetings material in the second meeting and some like the review, but others have been disappointed in what I was not able to cover because of it (much is left out).

Many of our meetings are with a handful (or less) of
people in a home although we occasionally have meetings in churches,
libraries, restaurants, or public meeting rooms, with many hearing and
responding to the message.
I speak for free. If you are willing to put my wife and
I up for the night it would be helpful but not essential (we are willing
to stay in someone's home).
PS.
Keep us in prayer as we spend a lot of time on the road away
from home. It is getting crazy out here, drivers not
paying attention to their driving, etc., it is very unsettling
driving amongst them―I suppose they
might be saying the same thing about me―it is wearisome and
disturbing at times as we put in up to 12,000+ miles (without
leaving the country) and spend several months away from
home on an outing. But one life changed (in the Lord)
through the meetings is worth it.
Because the message is mostly about what is happening to the
Church and the world around us, while some have come to know the Lord
because of the gospel message in the presentation, most have
been strengthened in their resolve to continue in their walk in
the Lord, having been made aware of how and why such rapid 'change' is
taking place in the world, as well as in the "churches," around them (knowing the truth about what is
happening, not only to the world but also to the Church, i.e.
why it has
'changed' from preaching and
teaching the gospel message
to dialoguing a social gospel),
being strengthened
to endure, in the Lord, to the end.
