Social health through consensus

If the conscience is the outcome of a "thesis-antithesis," obey or else, right-wrong paradigm—resulting in division and alienation, 
and if consensus is the outcome of an "emerging synthesis," "finding common ground" paradigm—resulting in unity-social harmony,
then to achieve social harmony, the person with a conscience must be identified and treated as irrational, non-sensuous—heartless-hateful—the cause of discord.
This is the intention of a facilitated meeting—a dialectical environment,
an environment censorious of a "thesis-antithesis" paradigm,
an environment sympathetic of an "emerging synthesis" paradigm,
an environment which, through manipulation, generates the necessity of compromise for the purpose of consensus.
In such a meeting, anyone holding to a "thesis-antithesis" paradigm will deliberately appear insensitive-irrational and will eventfully not be listened to,
when this happens the conscience is consciously (willfully) sidestepped.
When, through consensus, the conscience is circumvented,
when the "emerging synthesis" invalidates the "thesis-antithesis" paradigm,
individual and social harmony is actualized—incest
and the patriarchal paradigm is negated—patricide.
