For a review of educational material which utilizes the classroom environment and its stimulation of dopamine liberation to change the students, as well as the faculty, by forces all into active participation in developing a socialist based outcome while at the same time destroying a patriarchal paradigm of individual rights and sovereignty please read my latest article on Bloom's Taxonomy.

"This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh.  For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would.  But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another.''
Galatians 5:16-26

Dopamine: "a monoamine C8H11NO2 that is a decarboxylated form of dopa and that occurs especially as a neurotransmitter in the brain." Merriam-Webster Dictionary

"the dopaminergic system would be necessary for wanting the gratifying object." thebrain.mcgill.ca

Between the surface of the body and the brain there are neurons (nerves) which detect changes in the environment and convey these changes to the brain.  For example, there are neurons which detect events in the environment which correlate with activities associated with pain and there are neurons which detect events in the environment which correlate with activities associated with pleasure.  There is a gap, known as a synaptic gap, in the line of this conveyance of information (environmental conditions) to the brain.

Before the brain receives information via the neurons, the neurons have already picked up information from the environment, passing this information to the next neuron, passing it through the synaptic gap by means of neurotransmitters, chemical transmitters of information. These neurotransmitters or chemical messengers are produced by the pre-synaptic end of the neuron and released into the synaptic gap when the neuron is stimulated by conditions on the skin, the tongue, the eyes, the nose, the ears of the surrounding environment.  The chemical messenger, the neurotransmitter, passes across the synaptic gap where it comes into contact with the the next neuron by way of its neuroreceptor, i.e. the post-synaptic end of the neuron.

The post synaptic neuron's receptor, receives the neurotransmitter, which acts as a trigger, activating the neuron to send the newly received information on toward the brain. In the brain the neuron conveying the information releases a chemical messenger (neurotransmitter) across synapses' in the brain to activate the brain's neuron receptors to respond to the object or condition in the environment which originally stimulated (triggered) the whole event.

By this means the brain receives information from the world around us, the worldly environment we live in.  Heat, cold, dry, wet, whatever the surroundings we happen to be in at the time, our neurons are passing this information on to the brain to help us deal with (give us data on which to make decisions on whether or how to respond to) the changing conditions.  Whether through touch, taste, sight, smell, or sound our body is sending us information to think about and respond to, some response is automatic (autonomic) some is habitual, (learned and automatically practiced), some requires our immediate evaluation and decision, and some involves both or all.

"And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind. For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things. But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you. Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth."  Luke 12:29-33

Our perception of the world around us, limited as it is, greatly depends upon the way our body transmits environmental conditions to our brain and our ability and or desire to think upon and or respond to it, to respond either positively or negatively (willfully accepting or willfully rejecting participation with the environment is affected by our approving or disapproving of it) or possibly responding with indifference to it.

One of over 60 neurotransmitters which our body produces is the neurotransmitter, dopamine.  Dopamine is a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure.  All habitual drugs such as cocaine, tobacco, caffeine, etc., which our body craves when it does not get more (when it runs out of it, or is inhibited from or incapable of producing or liberating dopamine), is tied to the neurotransmitter dopamine.  When we run out of it, we become agitated, we get the shakes, and can become manically depressed.  Dopamine is not only associated with craving but also with enjoyment or pleasure: when we smell bread, or see a sunset, or are complimented, or are drawn into activity associated with procreation (providing we found these to be enjoyable in the past i.e. in other words they did not produce pain or were not associated with pain in some way, providing we don't find pleasure in pain that isthis can all become quite complicated), dopamine is being secreted in the brain.  The neurotransmitter dopamine is not the only neurotransmitter associated with pleasure, but it is a major one.

Once dopamine has been released (liberated) from the pre-synaptic end of the neuron it spreads out into the synaptic gap.  Some of the neurotransmitters reach the post-synaptic end of the next neuron, entering its receptors, stimulating (depolarizing) the neuron, thereby continuing the transfer of information from the outside environment on towards the brain. After this chemical messenger has transferred its message to the next neuron it must become inactivated.  Since the message, pleasure in this case, has been sent, homeostasis (equilibrium or stability) must be restored within the synapses. In this way new information (changes in the environment) can be received and transferred on towards the brain without confusion.

Some dopamine is neutralized in the receptors, some gets absorbed by the area surrounding the synaptic gap, and some is broken down by specially designed organs in the pre-synaptic end of the neuron, (called reuptake).  Some drugs simulate dopamine, some drugs stimulate the production of dopamine, some stimulate dopamine ejection into the synaptic gap, some prevent the reuptake of dopamine, some prevent the re-absorption of dopamine, some prevent the production and or release of dopamine, some prevent the neutralization of dopamine.  Thus by several chemical means the experience of pleasure can be heightened or diminished. Because dopamine is short-lived in the synaptic gap, while the memory of pleasure may last a lifetime, the experience itself is fleeting.  Thus life is ever changing, with its swings of up and down, with people perpetually chasing after its pleasures.

In some cases, with certain drugs, when dopamine is simulated, the bodies natural inclination is to shut down the production of dopamine (due to what it detects as overproduction of dopamine).  Over time, when the simulated dopamine is neutralized by the body, the body is not able to produce its own dopamine.  This results in a craving for the drug.  Whether addicted or not, our bodies crave for things in the environment which stimulate dopamine release.  We in essence chase dope, in this case it is not injected into our body, it is released by our own body, triggered by things in the environment around us or from our thinking upon things in the environment which stimulate it.  We by nature are drawn to pleasure.  It is the lust for it (Eros) which gets us into trouble (sin).

"Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;" Titus 2:12

We are, by God's design, wired to approach pleasure and to avoid pain, for his good pleasure, which is for our own good.  Reward and punishment would not be possible without these bodily conditions established by God.  What we know in the physical nature, avoid pain, approach pleasure, is changed in our knowing of God, to stand (Ephesians 6:11-18), neither running to pleasure nor fleeing from pain, in the spiritual we are no longer under the control of our bodies (and the worlds) lust for pleasure and the ensuing judgment upon it and approach God and eternal life (experiencing pain and pleasure but no longer letting them guide and direct us) with peace and joy.

"Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever."  1 John 2:15-18

It is not pleasure itself which is a problem, it is the love of it, the love of the conditions which stimulate the body's craving for dopamine.  Lovers of pleasure are "driven" by the environment around them which liberates dopamine ("the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world").  The environment can not make you "do it," but it can draw you into such a state that any thought in its direction can easily encourage you to "do it."  Since the pleasures of this world have a propensity to draw our bodies toward pleasure, it is evil to find our purpose in life by the influences (encouragement or enticement) of the world.  In this way we can be easily "driven" by the things in the world, finding our "purpose" through relationship with it.

"By faith Moses, when he was come to years, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter; Choosing rather to suffer affliction with the people of God, than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season; Esteeming the reproach of Christ greater riches than the treasures in Egypt: for he had respect unto the recompense of the reward." Hebrews 11:24

"... and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;"  2 Corinthians 10:5

What we set our heart's desire upon, what we treasure as important in our lives, determines a lot of how we will respond to the situation. Things in the environment which stimulate dopamine secretion (emancipation, liberation), explained below, can easily become the treasures of our lives. "For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."  Luke 12:34  We store them in our mind, while we attempt to accumulate them externally for our continued pleasure.  It is not the toy itself which the child wants, it is the pleasure, the emancipation of dopamine, which the toy stimulates, for which the child craves (covets).

What can I get out of this relationship for me?

For fallen man, i.e. the liberal mind, the "good life" lies in the relationship they have with others, others who provide dopamine emancipation for them.  Thus liberals can't hang around for long with or seek advice or direction from true believers (those people they see as "fundamental religious extremist"), and definitely don't allow believers to have any position of control over society. Void of their understanding of the work of God in the heart of man (freedom from the power of the flesh and the joy and peace which can only come from God) liberals can only see depression as the result of Godly restraint.  The liberal church simply provides an environment which stimulates dopamine emancipation to keep its members coming back for more, satisfying their habit of socially shared pleasure, keeping the liberal ministers dopamine addiction also well supported and supplied.  "Whoever gives me dopamine emancipation, in the name of Jesus, I will support and I will follow." Liberals can not truly love man, they love the dopamine emancipation relationship with man provides them. This is why they despise being chastened, and hate those who chasten.  This is why, just as Satan, they hate the word of God and diligently reinterpret it to protect themselves from any sense of condemnation.

“The goal of the pleasure principle is happiness.” “The replacement of the pleasure principle by the reality principle [obeying parents or God] is the great traumatic event in the development of man ... it occurs during the period of early childhood, and submission to the reality principle is enforced by the parents and other educators.” [Id] “... does not aim at self-preservation; all it strives for is satisfaction of its instinctual needs, in accordance with the pleasure principle.” “... the basic instincts strive for the prevalence of pleasure and for the absence of pain, the pleasure principle is incompatible with reality, and the instincts have to undergo a repressive regimentation.” “In terms of the pleasure principles ... reproduction is merely a ‘by-product.” [This "logic" justifies homosexuality, pedophilia, bestiality, etc. See Romans 1] Norman O. Brown  Life Against Death  [brackets and comments added]

The love of pleasure, the "pleasure principle,"  is the root of all evil.  The mind of the flesh, in love with the things in the environment which stimulate dopamine emancipation, left to itself will move our mind to attend to its "needs,"  "What is going to happen to me if I don't get or keep it (whatever it is which stimulated dopamine emancipation) NOW? "  "I will just die if I can't have it NOW." (All the therapist i.e. facilitator, has to do today is move the I into a group and get it to respond "We will just die if we can't have it NOW.") Thus in the heat of impulse, of desire, blinded to extrinsic warnings (warnings which make no "sense" at the time—Have you ever done something for which later you hated yourself for doing? Something which only later you knew you had a choice about doing or not doing, yet for some reason you knew that you would not have listened to anyone's warning. You would have simply justified, with confidence in your action and with contempt toward anyone repeatedly warning you, that any such warnings were of no concern to you, that they were not relevant to your situation, that that anyone delivering them to you were "hateful" towards you.).  We, because it feels good, "Just do it."  The mind of the flesh, this love of dopamine emancipation, is so strong, that if we do not "hate" ourselves first, we can not overcome its demand for actualization (necessity of the moment, I, disguised in the we, will perish if we don't get it now, drives the dialectical process.  The necessity of dopamine emancipation is the dynamo which actualizes revolution and keeps it moving. This necessity is the same necessity of the theory of evolution. Without it the theory would die—the necessity of change would die with the choice of truth.  These guys speak of choice but only under the conditions of the necessity of the flesh, void of the choice between a lie and the truth, of right and wrong, of flesh and spirit).

"From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not."  James 4: 1, 2

Wars within and the wars without are based upon our love for the liberation of this tiny neurotransmitter (dopamine) into our brain.  We are not accountable for what the environment (the world) brings upon us, but we are accountable before God on how we respond.  For example: King David was not where he was supposed to be, he was at home instead of with his troops in battle, when he happened to see Bathsheba, "who was very beautiful to look upon" (a dopamine moment) and upon sending messengers he "took her" (to get more dopamine emancipation) and the rest is history, a history of sin, a history of David chasing dopamine emancipation. (2 Samuel 11)

"Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy?"  James 4:3-5

Throughout the scriptures death, destruction, and lies litter the pathway of man seeking after pleasure, the emancipation of dopamine, who carry out vendettas upon those who prevent or interfere with its pursuit. All the laws of God concern themselves with this neurotransmitter.  Fallen man worships gods of his own making, god's who help him emancipate dopamine.  He makes graven images and worships them, god's and their "laws" which emancipate dopamine.  He can not stop himself from continually seeking after dopamine emancipation, working himself or others into early death to achieve it (the words "Gold rush," simply means the rush of dopamine emancipation from the possibility of "eternal" stimulation, it's not necessarily only the gold, its beauty in sight and touch which stimulates dopamine emancipation, it is also the hope for unimaginable pleasure it promises to provide).  He dishonors those who teach him to restrain, or interfere with his love of dopamine emancipation.  He steals those things from others which stimulate dopamine emancipation.  He seeks those things of his neighbors which stimulate dopamine emancipation.  He bears false witness against any one who limits his dopamine emancipation or gains dopamine emancipation through performing such an act.  He seeks dopamine emancipation from someone other than his own wife when she does not provide it.  It is a very long list of verses a person can compile from the praxis dopamine emancipation against God's will.  God's law is spiritual, man's law, of the flesh, is temporal.  Breaking God's law can be summed up in "taking that which is not ours."  The earth is the Lords and the fulness thereof, for us to covet any of it, to use it for dopamine emancipation, against God's will, is sin. Sometimes Godly chastening (in love) is all which will be "listened" to at the time by a person blinded by its powerto bring a person (or child) to the responsibility of gaining control over longing for or lusting after it, i.e. learning self control, self discipline.

" I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well." (Psalms 139:14)

In this way the environment around us stimulates our brain to respond to changing conditions (awareness of environmental change, muscular response to it, and retention of the momentary event in memory).  We did not know we wanted Ice Cream for example (If you don't want Ice Cream, when it is brought before you, or when it is on your mind, then put something you do want, when placed in front of you, in its place) until our brain told us we wanted it. Whether you like it our not is not the issue, if dopamine is secreted when your body encounters the object in the environment then your natural inclination is to want it. (That is unless someone told you you would not like it, that it was bad for you, or that it would result in harm coming to you, or for some reason you predetermined you would not like it. That can influence your perception or awareness of your future attraction toward it as well—in this line of thinking, liking something is of the mind while wanting something is of the body, human nature, based upon the body and its natural inclination toward the world would outweigh the liking or disliking of something shaped by sources outside your human nature).

Every neurosis is an example of dynamic adaptation; it is essentially an adaptation to such external conditions as are in themselves irrational and, generally speaking, unfavorable to the growth of the child." Erich Fromm, Escape from Freedom

"Work done by Horkheimer in the thirties identified 'neurosis as a social product, in which the family was seen as a primary agent of repressive socialization.'" Erich Fromm, Marx’s Concept of Man

“Parental discipline, religious denunciation of bodily pleasure, . . . have all left man overly docile, but secretly in his unconscious unconvinced, and therefore neurotic.”  “The bondage of all cultures to their cultural heritage is a neurotic construction.” Norman O. Brown  Life Against Death.

This is of major importance to understand.  If this thinking is embraced (the dialectical paradigm), then when the environment in the Garden in Eden stimulated the woman's dopamine emancipation (pleasure, to "touch" the tree), which would be considered as her discovering her true nature, her true identity with the world around her (which would be classified as being good by those who think dialectically), then any interference of that which was of her nature would be considered as evil.  Thus God's interference with the woman's true nature (his command to Adam, not to eat of the "tree of the knowledge of good and evil," and his command for Adam to take dominion over the environment and also rule over the woman) would be considered as evil, since it interfered with that which was goodthe woman's discovering of her full potential, her spontaneity to relate with the environment, only possible apart from commands blocking her natural desire.  Her response to God's command when confronted by an environment facilitated by Satan, shows all mankind the pathway (broad pathway) to the discovering of their full potential through a restored relationship with the environment—"universal reconciliation."

      If  A = B
and If  B = C
  then  A = C

If people naturally seek pleasure,
and If pleasure is dopamine emancipation,
then people naturally seek dopamine emancipation.

then

If facilitators (like Satan) are trained in putting emphasis on specific items in the environment which emancipate dopamine,
and if the specific items in the environment which emancipate dopamine can control (manipulating) our lives,
then facilitators (like Satan) are trained in controlling (manipulating) our lives.

By Adam's and the woman's (Eve's) rejection of their fleshy nature, through the act of obedience to commands, commands which blocked their "self actualization," their natural desire to relate with the world around them, they would manifest a behavior known in psychology as "neurosis." They would be forever neurotic, according to psychology, since the desire to relate with the creation (uninhibited spontaneous sensuous relationship), would always exist, residing within them, in the subconscious mind, waiting for a facilitator, an "angel of mercy" (Satan) to free them  from the repression of the conscience (the command of God or the parent resident within). Thus Satan (if you want to know how to facilitate change in man, to bring him individually and collectively into harmony with his human nature, study Satan, not GodGod demands repentance and expects obedience to him), again, Satan, the master facilitator, becomes the messenger of "peace," the liberator of mankind from his neurosis (a self-environmental dialectical riftboth seeking unity, the self with the environment and the environment with the self, but instead alienated by objective truth, non-sensuous commands), a neurosis caused by God and parents whose commands of obedience block mankind's interpersonal relationship with the world, a world which is calling (enticing) all mankind to join in its pursuit of pleasure, worldly pleasure seeking emancipation (seeking actualization), but at present constrained, helplessly squirming within mankind, needing a collective voice, a chorus of consensus for liberation, a "democratic" authorization to burst forth and carnage the restrainers.

Neurotic symptoms, with their fixations on perversions and obscenities, demonstrate the refusal of the unconscious essence of our being to acquiesce in the dualism of flesh and spirit, higher and lower.” Norman O. Brown  Life Against Death.

"One of the most difficult patients for me to work with in groups is the individual who employs fundamentalist religious views in the service of denial."  Irvin Yalom  Theory and Practice and Group Psychotherapy)

When we first tasted Ice Cream (our neurons were triggered, neurotransmitters were sent across synaptic gaps, and the next neurons activated), up until this information was received by the brain, and the brain began the action of processing it, we did not know for certain whether we wanted it or not. Thus, according to dialectical reasoning, "felt" needs become the basis of "sound" reasoning, both in alignment with the environment.  That rational, balanced, reasonable, sensible, sound reasoning must be founded upon "sense experience, in the two forms of sense perception and sensuous need, that is, only when it proceeds from Nature.” Karl Marx Selected Reading  Without both being experienced, sensuous perception (consciousness of the environment around us, as Satan assisted the woman in the Garden of Eden—enticed her) and sensuous needs (consciousness of our internal environmental "felt" needs, the woman's natural desire, her "felt" need to "touch" the tree of "the knowledge of good and evil") through sensuous reasoning (building reality upon how we feel and what we think, she "saw" ...), neurosis can not be overcome (the materialization of man can not be "actualized").

"1. All human behavior is directed toward the satisfaction of needs, 2. the individual will change his established ways of behaving for one of two reasons: to gain increased need satisfaction or to avoid decreased need satisfaction, and 3. 'augmentation' in the possibilities of needs satisfaction."  Douglas McGregor as quoted in Human Relations in Curriculum Change ed. by Kenneth Benne

Depending upon the utilization of our nervous system, we continue to either add to its ability or diminish from its ability to gather, retain, and respond to information we gather from the environment which we consider as worthy of attention (information from the environment which we perceive will benefit us in some way). This is particularly true of the very young.  In other words we can grow and train the brain.  By attending to (thinking and acting upon) selected things in the environment we can train our brain to respond more quickly in a particular direction or way of thinking.  By selective attention to the environment, and play with it, we can develop more brain capacity in a particular area of interest while possibly diminishing another area due to its lack of exercise.  Our very way of thinking is based upon how we respond to (or allowed to respond to) the environment around us and thus our behavior towards things in the environment reflect the way we think. Approval from the environment (it does not bite back i.e. it does not produce pain, "reality principle") or from people in the environment (they do not threaten us or chasten us), reinforces our approach toward things we find pleasurable in the environment and helps in developing the way we think (approach pleasure i.e. "pleasure principle," and avoid pain i.e. "reality principle").

"Neither the Bible nor the prophets, neither the revelations of God can take precedence over my own direct experience.” “Experience is, for me, the highest authority.” "The individual in such a moment, is coming to be what he is.  He has experienced himself.  He has become what he is.” “Existential living is to say that the self and personality emerge from experience. It means that one becomes a participant in and an observer of the ongoing process of organismic experience.” Carl Rogers On becoming a person

Thus the barriers to our relationship with certain things in the environment, things in the environment which originally attracted us, adjusts our mind in the direction of attending to, having respect for, honoring (at least having obedience toward) the source of the barrier (the parent, God, etc.) and turn us away from having relationship with the thing in the environment which originally attracted us (fear of punishment from the parent, fear of the unknown, fear that the thing in the environment might bite back).  Our love is then turned from the things in the environment, things which our fleshly nature desired to relate with, toward loving the one who blocked our relationship with the environment.  In this way objective truth, truth which is not learned via self experience finding commonality with the things in the environment, things in the environment which naturally draws us to it (subjective truth), but is truth which must be accepted as truth (commands given) outside of or above our sense experience ("Because God said so."), becomes the bases of the way we think (a patriarchal paradigm).  In this way of thinking we learn to contrast between that which is above (parent, God resulting in obeying commands from them and learning self control) and what is below (the fleshly draw of the world resulting in worldly control and  eventual judgment).  In fact we can not overcome the draw of the worldly environment on our own (this is why we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God).

The only way to overcome the power of the flesh and its lusts for the creation and the Prince of the power of the air, the enticer, Satan, who plants thoughts in our mind to justify our desire to be at-one with the world, is by the blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ, (his righteousness imputed to all who believe upon him, repenting of our sin and accepting him as Savior and Lord of our life), and the power of the Holy Spirit. As a hymn says: "What can wash away my sin, nothing but the blood of Jesus." All we can learn otherwise is that objective truth (truth above sense experience, truth which is certain and unchanging) is more important than finding what is common between our desires the the environment, the world we find ourselves within (truth bound to sense experience, which is uncertain and ever changing).

Prior to our knowledge of the work of Christ (by the preaching and teaching of others) and believing upon him, all a person knows its that he lives by bread, a physical need, and desires direction in his life, which only God can fulfill—fulfilled only by ever word which proceedeth from God (a word which carries within it restraint of the "felt" needs), satisfying a spiritual need.  Even those who fight against God know this to be true, recognizing it with a contemptuous attitude: "Freud referred to ... the group’s ‘need to be governed by unrestricted force . . . it’s extreme passion for authority . . . it’s thirst for obedience.’ Among the strongest of these is man’s need for an omnipotent, omniscient, omnicaring parent, which together with his infinite capacity for self-deception creates a yearning for and a belief in a superbeing." Irvin Yalom The Theory and Practice of Group Psychotherapy  The only true God can only be known through his revealed word, his word not environmentally constrained (shaped by men's opinions). The only god man can "discover" is one he makes in his own image or the image of the creation, a god who's identity and power depends upon man's interpretation, his imagination (Romans 1:19-32).  Apart from God revealing himself to man, man only has hope in himself, his wisdom, and the creation.  Apart from repentance before the true and living God, the flesh and its lusts retains its control over the person, the eyes retain their lust for the things of this world, and man's pride takes him captive to his wisdom of this world, all foolishness before God our creator.

"If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory." Colossians 3:1-4

Humanists, those who worship the environment, know that by creating a selective environment (by "allowing" the introduction of "appropriate information" into the environment—accentuating the "tolerance of ambiguity," the open-mindedness of uncertainty, the nonconformity of speculation, the employment of confusion), an environment which is filled with those things which originally attracted us prior to the voice of restraint (an id based environment which in its first encounter with restraint, resented and if possible expressed dissatisfaction with restraining commands i.e. "when the id wants something nothing else is important" (source: www.allpsych.com ), known as Freud's "pleasure principle," our natural, carnal, inclinations), and then in a "safe-zone," through the praxis of role-playing (circumventing the conscience, the residing voice of restraint {searing the conscience while realigning the superego}, until the person's ego, their "I will," "I want," is able to meet both their own id needs, their "felt" needs, and other's id needs, their "felt needs, i.e. resulting in identifying class consciousness {identifying a person or class of people having something you want, insisting that you can not have it while also identifying a person or class of people who want something which they are not allowed to have by the other person or class of people—it is easier to do it in a group} and actualizing social "felt" needs, thereby negating the parents control, control residing in the conscience; this time the ego, under the influence of a room full of people getting in touch with their id, their "felt" needs, can be freed from the effects of parental restraint) "help" us to discover for ourselves that the environment will not bite back.   The participants in the experiment, the "special opportunities," will, as a result, turn a deaf ear to the author of barriers, barriers to his desired relationship with the environment (just like what happened in Genesis 3:1-6).

It all goes back to Genesis 3:1-6, for man the initial praxis of the dialectical paradigm.

“If the guilt accumulated in the civilized domination of man by man can ever be redeemed by freedom, then the ‘original sin’ must be committed again: ‘We must again eat from the tree of knowledge in order to fall back into the state of innocence." Herbert Marcuse  Eros and Civilization  emphasis added.  The "understanding" being, if a person is not bound by laws which are not relevant to him, he is innocent of any crime leveled against him for breaking such laws.  Since mans innocence can not be found within a traditional top-down environment, it will only be experienced and realized in a consensuous seeking group, a group practicing the dialectical process of experimentation within the environment to find "truth".  I told Freud he put people on a couch and isolated them, which was entirely wrong.  We don’t live on a couch; we live in groups from birth to death.  Freud took people into the past, I take them into the present and future.  Psychodrama deals with the Here-and-Now.”  J. L. Moreno quoted in Jane Howard's book Please Touch  "To experience Freud is to partake a second time of the forbidden fruit;" Norman O. Brown Life Against Death) In this way the person will be restored to freedom in the environment, finding commonality with it, liberated from the restrainer and his barriers against having relationship with the environment, emancipated from a restraining (limiting) way of thinking.  Collectively, man is able to "explode" contradictions by finding communalityinvalidate identity above the community (which divides) by finding identity within the community (which unites).  "Purpose," defined by one above or outside the community (God or traditional parents, initiating and sustaining the con-science), is terminate by "discovering purpose" within the community of common experience (con-senses).

"This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away." 2 Timothy 3:1-5

"It [re-education i.e. therapy, brain washing, brain washed of respect for and a honoring of a patriarchal paradigm] changes his cognitive structure, the way he sees the physical and social worlds, including all his facts, concepts, beliefs,. and expectations." "It modifies his valences and values, ... his attractions and aversions to groups and group standards, his feelings in regard to status differences, and his reactions to sources of approval or disapproval."   (Kurt Lewin in Human Relations in Curriculum Change ed. by Kenneth Benne)  Our awareness of things above (over) the environment (the authoritarian voice of restraint) will be decreased as our awareness of the environment (the voice of liberation, the law of the flesh) will be increased (Conscientisation). One area in our mind will decrease in development as the other increases. Instead of fighting against the barriers in life, the focus is upon experiencing the desires of life and thus liberating (justifying) them (being rational, reasonable). (Don't attack the parents, focus instead upon the physical, mental, and social health of their children, consequently, out of their love for their children, they will be drawn into participation with the takeover of their children's lives by the community—the partnership, synthesis, of capitalism with socialism, the individual with the social (a public-private partnership), democratic capitalism, is global communism.)  In this way the authors of the barriers of life will become irrelevant ("wither away: to render speechless or incapable of action." source www.thefreedictionary.com ). If you are one who speaks with a voice of restraint, how many people have been listening to you lately (without that glazed over look, which means your not worth listening to)?

In psychology, Freud and his followers have presented convincing arguments that the id, man’s basic and unconscious nature, is primarily made up of instincts which would, if permitted expression, result in incest, murder, and other crimes.  The whole problem of therapy, as seen by this group, is how to hold these untamed forces in check in a wholesome and constructive manner, rather than in the costly fashion of the neurotic.” Carl Rogers in his book on becoming a person: A Therapist View of Psychotherapy

We are to flee such conditions when necessary, when they lead us away from our Creator ("Flee also youthful lusts;"  2 Timothy 2:22).  We are not to be lovers of the creation.  Those who are driven (liberated, emancipated) by the environment, are under the control of the environment and therefore are under the control of those who manipulate the environment for their desired ends (supply or accentuate the "appropriate information" to produce their desired outcome), they are slaves to their flesh and the environment (real or illusionary) which "drives" (stimulates) it.  Consider this as you look at what is happening around you, in the world (environment) you live in.

"And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field, and he was faint: And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom. And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright. And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me?  And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob. Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright."  Genesis 25:29-24

Thus when "right" (truth and value) is determined by the changing environment, the value of your life (yours, the unborn, the elder, your children, your decedents, etc.) becomes subject to the environmental "felt" needs of the time, worth is thus based upon your ability to satisfy the "felt" needs of the environment (not only with people but also with trees, rocks, animals, and space itself), and from then on you become a servant to those who manipulate the environment i.e. your "quality" of life, and life itself, is uncertain.  Thus your rights above man's control become "rights" under man's control, rights thus become privileges, established by men's opinions, your "liberty" becomes constricted (censored) by those who control the environment i.e. men who manipulate what you must attend to (focused upon and dialogued about social issues and crisis) in the immediate environment via the media, entertainment, group discourse settings in the classroom, the workplace, government, the church, the home, etc).

"Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears." Hebrews 12:16, 17

Any effort on your part to live as an individual, with private convictions, not influenced by the environment (the world), to live subject to the will of God, to the creator of the world, expecting others to recognize, respect, and honour your inalienable birth-rights (rights given by him, "self evident," which no man or group of men can put a lien upon, because they were not given to you by the will of man  i.e. as long a you know and appreciate them and you don't, like Esau, sell them off for immediate gratifications, i.e. the "felt" needs the world is willing to "provide" satisfaction of, at a cost, the value of which is to be realized at a latter time), any effort on your part to live distant from the manipulation of others and the temptations of the world (so you will not be controlled by the environmental press), and any effort on your part to insist others respect and support your privacy, your way of thinking (we are to attend to the "directing" of our creator and not the "drawing and enticing" of the creation), will be perceived as a threat to a "free" democratic society.  "Democracy ideology" always results in the "tyranny of the masses," i.e. a people "driven" by the conditions (perceived threats and rewards, whether real or not real) within the environment, finding their "purpose" in life based upon the environmental "felt" needs of the time—an environment under the control (manipulation, scheme) of facilitators (social/environmental engineer's), men recognized in the past as "philosopher kings," the "vanguard party"—midwives of the dictatorship of the proletariat, and identified today as mediators, the voice of the "grass roots," guides, coaching all in the satisfaction of their lust for life in the "moment" (with group life preeminent), and, like Esau, being cheering on in the selling of their birthright for some "red pottage" (group hug—communism with a smile),  so they will willingly put their liberty and freedom on the market (cursing them) and sell them for the "felt" needs of the moment (the approval of others), supported by the "here-and-now" environmental press. “To enjoy the present reconciles us to the actual . . .” Comments by Joseph O’Malley Ed. of Karl Marx's Critique of Hegel's 'Philosophy of Right'

"The leader has skills in human relations and can manage the interplay of individual differences so that human energy may be controlled in pursuit of common goals. . .  Leadership of this type [is] based on liberation rather than domination."  Wilbur Brookover  A Sociology of Education

The basic task of re-education is to change the individual’s social perception, thereby changing the individual’s social action.” [Re-education, as Karl Marx believed, teaches that by changing the environment you can change the person, that a "healthy social environment" will produce a "healthy" social person. “The essence of man is not an abstraction inherent in each particular individual.” “The real nature of man is the totality of social relations.” Karl Marx Thesis on Feuerbach # 6  “It is not individualism that fulfills the individual, on the contrary it destroys him. Society is the necessary framework through which freedom and individuality are made realities… only in a socialist society.” Karl Marx “Only within a social context individual man is able to realize his own potential as a rational being.” Karl Marx Critique of Hegel's 'Philosophy of Right'  “The individual is emancipated in the social group.” Norman O. Brown  Life Against Death: The Psychoanalytical Meaning of History.] "If the individual complies merely from fear of punishment [for doing wrong] rather than through the dictates of his free will and conscience [this combination of free will, a persons desires—dopamine emancipation, and his conscience, prier laws of restraint he has learned which impede dopamine emancipation (this combination  of "free will and conscience" is confusion i.e. the fusing of opposites which produces instability, uncertainty; “Man is free from all ties binding him to spiritual authorities [voice of restraint, over the environment], but this very freedom leaves him alone and anxious, overwhelms him with a feeling of his own individual insignificance and powerlessness.” Erick Fromm Escape from Freedom) is where a person is willing to finding the middle ground―through negotiation and compromise (dialogue with self and others)―to maintain relationships with the world for the purpose of acceptance and advancement in the current environment; "In the dialogic relation of recognizing oneself in the other, they experience the common ground of their existence."  Jürgen Habermas Knowledge & Human Interest; in other words right and wrong become situational to the environment], the new set of values he is expected to accept does not assume in him the position of super-ego [the super-ego―incorporating similar (what we have in common with the environmental around us)―is not the same thing as the conscience―based on contrast (objective truth directing us in knowing and doing right and not wrong despite the influences of the immediate environment)], and his re-education [paradigm change, brain washed of patriarchal paradigm of right and wrong—detachment of the mind from an authority over his self-environment nature, resulting in individualism detached from higher authority (anxiety) and thus able to more easily reattach his mind to his own social nature, his dopamine craving nature, common to all mankind] therefore remains unrealized."  (Kurt Lewin)

"How can free acceptance of a new system of values be brought about? The individual accepts the new system of values and beliefs by accepting belongingness to a group [accepting the environmental press towards collective pleasure changes the persons way of thinking]."  (Kurt Lewin)  brackets and emphasis added   In this way, the desire for group approval re-moves (physically, emotionally, and mentally) a person from his duty to obey God or parent.  He in effect changes his paradigm from objective truth to subjective truth. "The new system of values and beliefs [i.e. the environment, group belongingness ] dominates the individual's perception."  ibid.   The eyes are stronger than the ears (seen any commercials lately).  Faith does not come by sight but by hearing, and hearing by the word of God; Eve "saw" the environment (perception: looked to the world, the environment, for the understanding life, by doing so she made her senses the bases of evaluation for what is good and what is evil in the environment; approach pleasure, pleasure is good, avoid pain, pain is evil, thus God's command, not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil for fear of pain since it was evil becomes non-sense since perception confirmed to her desires it was pleasurable and therefore good and therein God's command became irrelevant, since by sight the tree was good and not evil as declared by God), Jesus heard God's written word and spoke it, "but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live." Deuteronomy 8:3

If human rights are to be guaranteed, they must be guaranteed by appropriate social, political, and economic controls of human behavior.”  "The methodological correlate of individualism which democratic ideology leads us to oppose is the elevation of unchecked private, individual judgment [read: those commanded and directed by God] as an ultimate arbiter in the control of human conduct." Kenneth Benne  Human Relations in Curriculum Change  (HRCC) information in brackets added for clarity.

HRCC is a soviet training manual, promoted by the NEA in the late 40's and early 50's, whose methods are being used today in literally every facet of the world we live i.e. sensitivity training, T-groups, encounter groups, consensus, etc.  People who participated in and were learning to apply this material, school superintendents for example, committed suicide during training sessions in Bethel, Maine in its earlier years. I don't know if that continues today, the suicides that is, since they now bring people down from these sessions through debriefing.  National Training Laboratories, known as NTL's, are busily putting out these soviet programmed leaders today.  Sadly back in the 20's there were those in position of influence who recognized the change these program were having upon education and government and yet were not able to stop its encroachment upon Americas freedom.  “Has authority been banished in these later days? Has the world reached a point where it will condone the formation of pupil soviets?" (Will C. Woods, Superintendent of Public Instruction of the State of California March 1921 responding to movements he saw in California's school system.)  The soviet, a council of public-private partnership (a peoples council of consentaneous dialogue, dialogue which negates decisions making with a top-down language), was developed to neutralize, marginalize, and remove restraints to social change.  In its focus upon relationship building, joined with social progress, as in the French Directorate, those with established principles (unchangeable) are exposing as resisters to change and then either converted or removed.  In this way any social progress is of, by, and for humanists. Thus elected officials establish and then funded these departments i.e. soviets which comprehensively network between all branches of government, bringing them into consensus for the sake of a socialist/humanist defined common cause (a Politburo).  Human Relations in Curriculum Change describes how to "design and construct environmental conditions" to control "the behavior of men," (Benne) to "guarantee appropriate social, political, and economic control of human behavior."  (Carl Rogers)

“Dr. Skinner says: ‘We must accept the fact that some kind of control of human affairs is inevitable. We cannot use good sense in human affairs unless someone engages in the design and construction of environmental conditions which affect the behavior of men.” "By a careful design, we control not the final behavior, but the inclination to behavior―the motives, the desires, the wishes.  The curious thing is that in that case the question of freedom never arises." Carl Rogers On becoming a person  underlined text were italics in original  Why would anyone object to role-playing their "hearts desires?"  The woman in the Garden in Eden didn't, nor did Adam.

“We can choose to use our growing knowledge to enslave people in ways never dreamed of before, depersonalizing them, controlling them by means so carefully selected that they will perhaps never be aware of their loss of personhood.” Carl Rogers, as quoted in People Shapers, by Vance Packard, Bantam Books, 1977, reprint 1979.

Social engineers know the effect the environment has upon us (our desire to relate with and find approval from the environment i.e. unconditional approval from others), and are dedicated in using it to control mankind. "But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed." James 1:14  An example of this wickedness can be found in the man "Church Growth" is built upon,  Peter Drucker.  He believed, quoting Engels "‘that an indissoluble marriage between one man and one woman for their entire life times is, of all forms of sexual relationship, the one that corresponds least to our 'natural inclination.'" He believed that "In the socialist future monogamy ... would ‘completely disappear’" Peter Drucker ‘More freedom’ or ‘more harmony’? 2001  Without God's direction, and your willful participation in it, through self-control and self-discipline i.e. humbling and denying yourself before Him (and being lead by his Holy Spirit), you have no hope in overcoming the effects of this world, i.e. its quest to control the environment, subsequently to control your mind.  Therefore "set your mind on things above", otherwise you will have no hope in escaping the ensuing judgment this world faces.

"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables."  2 Timothy 3, 4

When the brain receives the message of pleasure, via dopamine liberation, several things automatically happen, it becomes attentive of the environment (awareness of the environment is heightened), it triggers the body to respond in the direction of the pleasure (muscles are automatically activated) i.e. the child reaches his hands out for more candy, and memory is quickened to store or recall where the pleasure was noticed and how the pleasure can be attained. In other words, what were the conditions with which the person received more pleasure than that which made him aware of its presence. Thus the child thinks upon the stimulation (environment) which triggered the response (reaction), with the hope of either continuing in the environment of pleasure or restoring the environment which produced the pleasure, if it was removed, or if the source of the pleasure is absent then thinking, via imagination, how to find or produce an environment which would provide the pleasure"the imagination of the heart." see Genesis 6:5; 8:21 The child, playing with a toy, enjoys the dopamine emancipated by relationship with the toy in the environment, thus he craves the dopamine which the toy stimulates through the senses of touch, taste (lead free of course), sight, smell, and sound.  He can also stimulate dopamine emancipation by simply thinking upon the toy when it is not present in the environment. In this way, according to social engineers ("change agents," facilitators who make "change" easy), learning must become a pleasurable experience produced by "proper" environment control (to stimulate dopamine emancipation), an environment easily created through role-playing, sensitivity training, T-groups, etc.

"Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth." 2 Timothy 3:7

As Immanuel Kant explained, in his book Critique of Pure Reason, our hope is to attain happiness, happiness is found in pleasure, and pleasure is found in the mind, in our awareness of pleasure in the world and our reasoning to attain or retain it.  This line of "reasoning" (the pursuit of the feeling of "happiness") is thus materialistic, focusing upon that which is of the environment, the world. Social-psychology is build upon this kind of humanistic reasoning.  My hope is not found in the pleasures of this world but rather my hope is found in Christ, who is my Joy and my Peace (a byproduct of the Holy Spirit, Christ in me, knowing me), who are not of this world (in it but not of it). Apart from hope in him all hope is vain, all other hope depends upon this world and its influences, "What can I get out relationship with it for me," a hope which is not lasting.

dendrite

Dendrite: "any of the usually branching (tree like) protoplasmic processes that conduct impulses toward the body of a neuron." Merriam-Webster Dictionary

The ten billion or more neurons which make up the vast portion of the brain contain a trillion dendrites or more, some neurons containing upwards of 10,000 dendrites each.   Dendrites connect neurons to other neurons in the brain via synaptic gaps.  It is in these dendrites, or the area thereof, where the experience of life, of pleasure in this case, is recorded or stored,  in many cases all across the brain, like a holograph.  Upon first imprinting there is a sense of pleasure experienced, some so strongly imprinted i.e. first love, you may never forget it or get over it.  But once this information is experienced, a repeating of the experience, a reinforcing of the imprint within the brain, going over the same pathway, produces less satisfaction or pleasure.  Thus an experience which was pleasurable to begin with can become boring (unexciting), the more it is repeated. We thus look for new things in the environment to restore the "rush." It is in this way we learn about the world around us.  We by nature, by God's design, approach pleasure as well as avoid pain. Our interest in knowing about the world around us is tied to this pleasure derived from new information being stored in the brain, whether stimulated from the environment around us or from our own environment, created within our mind, from our own imagination or our own reasoning abilities.

"O Timothy, keep [keep watch over, to observe so you can escape] that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called: Which some professing [voluntarily engaged in] have erred [deviated from the truth] concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen." 1 Timothy 6:20, 21  information in brackets inserted for definition of Greek words, φυλάσσω, επαγγέλλω, and, αστοχέω respectively.

When we have to memorize information (having to experience and accept "status quo," "this is the way it is," accept obedience to the person or persons mandating acceptance of established conditions i.e. non-changing laws and rules), which might be pleasurable to begin with (due to their attention), we often lose interest, it becomes a difficult task to keep our mind on the subject.  This is because our mind, in love with, and ever pursuing (looking for), a dopamine stimulating environment, in an ever changing world, in an effort to stimulate dopamine "emancipation," easily begins looking outside the limited, obedience mandated environment (our text book, etc.) to find something around us, within the surrounding environment, to stimulation its release, or when that is not possible i.e. the teacher is watching us, we create an imaginary world of our own for the stimulation of dopamine.

"Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper."
"The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish."
 Psalms 1:1-6

When we meditate upon the word of God (muse over it, evaluating our life and our surrounding environment from if) we must accept it as is and learn (memorize) it as is, not changing it, not letting the environmental pressure of our desires (approval from others), our feelings and thoughts, our sensual quest for dopamine stimulation, change it (change it to make it fit within the environment and our temporal, dopamine based desires—making it "contemporary," changing it to keep it up with the fleeting moments of the changing times), making it a dopamine stimulating bible (making it an interpretation of man's making; beware of this deception for the prophecies of scripture are God breathed and are not the result of private interpretation. 2 Peter 1:20).  Humanists, with their quest of negating the spread of Christianity around the world, market the development of the imagination ("How did you feel," "What did you think?") at the expense of memorization ("What did God say?"), i.e. "less is more."  For example: Memory is not education, answers are not knowledge. Certainty and memory are the enemies of thinking, the destroyer of creativity and originality.”   (William Glasser,  Schools Without Failure)   "Any time we teach a child something, we keep him from discovering it himself," (Piaget)

Man, made in God's image, making god in his image.

In other words, they are saying "We don't have any disagreement with the scriptures as long as they don't interfere with our relationship with the world.  As long as the meaning of the scriptures can be changed, to keep them current (not interfering) with the changing times, we can fit (twist) them into our world view."  This can be "justified" (falsely) in an effort to minister the "love" of God to the next generation.  This way of thinking would be in line with Karl Marx, who wrote: "Laws must not fetter human life; but yield to it; they must change as the needs and capacities of the people change." Karl Marx Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right

"For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled." 2 Corinthians 10:3-6

"O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps." Jeremiah 10:23b

It is up to the parent to guide the child in which environment or things in the environment to approach and which environment or things in the environment to avoid, what things in the environment to attend to and what things to turn away from, what things in the environment to think upon (meditate upon) and what things to refuse to think upon, even to repudiate. It is up to the parent to instruct the child in not letting the environment control their behavior. " Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." Philippians 4:11

"Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby."  Hebrews 12:11

If the item of attention, an item which attracts the child, is forbidden by the parent, it is up to the parent to instruct the child in the practice of not attending to it (learning self-control and self-discipline).  This is done by verbally warning the child and if necessary using physical force.  The child must learn, sometimes through chastening, the difference between what is right (the prefix of righteousness is the word right) in the environment and what is wrong.

"And ye have done worse than your fathers; for, behold, ye walk every one after the imagination of his evil heart, that they may not hearken unto me:" Jeremiah 16:12

The rebellious child will see the parent as a negative force fieldin his imagination, in his inner eyes (fixated upon the world of his own making, i.e. a world the way it "ought" to be, a world where he can actualize within himself, in agreement with his temporal desires), the rebellious child is still in love with himself and the things of this world, he does not meditate upon the parents commands, their "Is" and "Not's" (This is right and that is not) but continues to dialogue within himself, continues to murmur (like the 10 unfaithful spies. Numbers 14:36), continues to sulk (like Cain Genesis 4:6), continues to dream about his own heart's desires (in the imagination of his unrighteous heart), continues to think upon his own "ought's," as in "I ought to be able to go out." i.e. "I ought to be able to go out to get dopamine from the environment which is calling me to play with it."

"Hell and destruction are never full; so the eyes of man are never satisfied."  Proverbs 27:20

As the Marxist-Freudian (social-psychologist) Kurt Lewin put it: The negative valence of a forbidden object which in itself attracts the child thus usually derives from an induced field of force of an adult."  (Kurt Lewin; A Dynamic Theory of Personality, 1935)  The "negative valance" is a tension, anxiety (angst) or dread, causing a person to withdraw (alienate himself) from an "object which in itself attracts" him, and is the result of the parent or "adult" inducing a "field of force," i.e. threat of chastening the child, "chastened us after their own pleasure" Hebrews 12:10.  When parents instructs their children (indoctrinate or inculcate them, which means to repeat over and over or "beat" it into them, until they get it) to avoid what the parent establishes as "a forbidden object" in the environment, the office of the parent is reified in the mind of the child, i.e. the parent is accepted as the definer of reality, determining for the child what is good and what is evil in the environment, thus his commands are greater than the call of the worldly environment (the temptations of the world). This action (praxis) of the traditional home (patriarchal paradigm) prepares the child to accept the authority and wisdom of God and his chastening "but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness." Hebrews 12:10

"Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain. Therefore let no man glory in men." 1 Corinthians 3:18-21

Lewin then explained how to negate the effect of the "negative valance" (the controlling voice of the parent in the mind—restraint), the fear of judgment, and thus overcoming the "negative force field" (the authority of the parent), respect for the office of authority—this negation is known as the praxis of "negation of negation" (the synthesis of the dialectical process) or patricide (death to God, the negative voice, the restrainer, the father—you don't kill them, you just justify to yourself they are irrelevant; "Often this is too challenging a goal for the individual to achieve on his own [he needs the help of a facilitated group meeting], and the net effect is either maladjustment or the embracing of a philosophy of life developed by others.” Krathwohl and Bloom Taxonomy of Educational Objectives Book 2: Affective Domain). Lewin wrote: "If this field of force loses its psychological existence for the child (e.g., if the adult goes away or loses his authority [in the child's mind that is i.e. the feelings and thoughts of the child or adult]) the negative valence also disappears (the fear of judgment disappears).” (Kurt Lewin; ibid.)  This is powerful stuff and has major effect upon the people who participate.

"See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil; In that I command thee this day to love the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his judgments, that thou mayest live and multiply: and the LORD thy God shall bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it. But if thine heart turn away, so that thou wilt not hear, but shalt be drawn away, and worship other gods, and serve them;  I denounce unto you this day, that ye shall surely perish, and that ye shall not prolong your days upon the land, whither thou passest over Jordan to go to possess it.  I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them." Deuteronomy 30:15-20

If the environment stimulates dopamine emancipation and if restraint inhibits dopamine emancipation (repression/depression) and if dopamine emancipation for all mankind is the desired outcome and environment control is the key to a common (collective) dopamine emancipation (consensus) then an environment free of restraint (pro-spontaneity, only possible through the "negation of negation," the removal of negative thoughts"I can not"and negative minded people—"Thou shalt not," "fundamental religious extremists" i.e. a uncompromising, nonconformist person) is essential for social emancipation.  Hate of sin, which separates man from God, is replaced with hate of restraint (hate, disguised as "concern" for resistors of change), which separates man from man (alienates him from his own nature and the environment around him).  Thus by moving our focus from sin to restraint we move our focus from God to man. Man becomes the basis of "right and wrong" thinking and behavior, since it is now "scientifically" measurable, becomes materialistic. The spirit of mankind, in harmony with himself (in agreement; consensusa moment of collective dopamine emancipation), replaces the individual guided by the Holy Spirit of God, able to stand aloneagainst his own nature, against the collective willwhen necessary, according to God's will.

Religion, especially the Protestant Christian tradition, has permeated our culture with the concept that man is basically sinful, and only by something approaching a miracle can his sinful nature be negated.” “I have little sympathy with the rather prevalent concept that man is basically irrational, and that his impulses, if not controlled, will lead to destruction of others and self.” Carl Rogers On becoming a person

If the parent looses his control over the environment in which the child lives, if the community or someone in it either removes the parent's control over the child's environment, i.e. the parents power to chasten is forbidden, or the child is placed in an environment where the parent's control is limited (no longer based upon the standards of the parent but now based upon the desires of the community in harmony with the desires of the child), or the parent, willfully for some reason (out of fear of rejection by others, or lose of property or person), participates in the environment of permissiveness, the parent looses control over the child's dopamine craving desires, desires for that which is in the environment which liberates dopamine in the child, the parent loses control over the child's behavior and thus the parent looses his child to the world, to those who want to control, to possess him, within its influence.  Men who think like Theodor Adorno now influence almost every issue of our social environment, men who hold the traditional family in contempt, with its restraint upon man's fallen nature i.e. restraining his love for pleasure—inhibiting his socially approved stimulation of dopamine.

An attitude of complete submissiveness toward ‘supernatural forces’ and a readiness to accept the essential incomprehensibility of ‘many important things’ strongly suggest the persistence in the individual of infantile attitudes toward the parents, that is to say, of authoritarian submission in a very pure form.” “Authoritarian submission was conceived of as a very general attitude that would be evoked in relation to a variety of authority figures‑‑parents, older people, leaders, supernatural power, and so forth.”  “Family relationships are characterized by fearful subservience to the demands of the parents and by an early suppression of impulses not acceptable to them.” “The conception of the ideal family situation for the child: uncritical obedience to the father and elders, pressures directed unilaterally from above to below, inhibition of spontaneity and emphasis on conformity to externally imposed values.” “God is conceived more directly after a parental image and thus as a source of support and as a guiding and sometimes punishing authority.” “The power‑relationship between the parents, the domination of the subject's family by the father or by the mother, and their relative dominance in specific areas of life also seemed of importance for our problem.”  Theodor Adorno  The Authoritarian Personality

When the parents' hedge of protection is removed from the child, and the child willingly participates in his liberation from the parents' hedge of protection, the child becomes absorbed (consumed) by the environment, an environment which is infatuated in the possession of his soul. Thus gestalt, "The whole is different than the sum of the parts" (equality has swallowed of discrimination, unity has swallowed up alienation, the feeling of community, or oneness with the environment has swallowed up individuals who once looked up to authority and lived for authority superior to the environment), is actualized. This blueprint (general systems analysis) also applies to all men in all institutions: in the home, in the country, in the city, in the county, in the state, in the nation, in the worldin government, in the workplace, in education, in the church, etc.  This is exactly what Kurt Lewin, and social-psychologists like him, wanted. As Warren Bennis wrote:  "Any non-family-based collectivity [the community, through discourse, seeking equality in "justified" stimulation of dopamine emancipation—if it is common to human nature (the pursuit of homeostasis with the environment i.e. pleasure, holism i.e. nature drawing us to unity with it or wholism, God in nature, in the "planetary society," drawing us to unity with him/it, known as pantheism, general systems, etc., thus finding peace, nirvana,  shambhala, etc.), and is good for the "purpose" of uniting humanity (does not lead to social cacophony, the "exploding" of civilization), it is thus justifiable to negate or weaken any institution which interferes with natures evolutionary progression toward unity and equality; "for equality to take place the family as a unite must be weakened"  James Coleman] that intervenes between parent and child and attempts to regulate and modify the parent-child relationship will have a democratizing [injurious to a top-down, patriarchal paradigm] impact on that relationship."  "...any intervention between parent and child tend to produce familial democracy regardless of its intent. The consequences of family democratization take a long time to make themselves felt—but it would be difficult to reverse the process once begun. … once the parent can in any way imagine his own orientation to be a possible liability to the child in the world approaching … once uncertainty is created in the parent how best to prepare the child for the future, the authoritarian family is moribund, regardless of whatever countermeasures may be taken. The state, by its very interference in the life of its citizens, must necessarily undermine a parental authority which it attempts to restore."  Warren Bennis The Temporary Society The public voice annihilates the private voice when they go into partnership. To dialogue your belief (theoretically discoursing categorical imperatives), for the purpose of achieving consensus, negates belief, negates faith, negates religion, turning your belief into an opinion. "For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe." 1 Corinthians 1:19-21

"... the concept of the world as the totality of facts is connected with a correspondence notion of truth and a semantic conception of justification. The social world, as the totality of legitimately ordered interpersonal relations, is accessible only from the participant’s perspective;  in the pragmatic presuppositions of rational discourse or deliberation the normative content of the implicit assumptions of communicative action is generalized, abstracted, and freed from all limits [freed from above nature restraints] — the practice of deliberation is extended to an inclusive community that does not in principle exclude any subject capable of speech and action who can make relevant contributions."  Jürgen Habermas 1998 Communicative Ethics The inclusion of the Other. Studies in Political Theory.

Lewin knew that within all of us there is a desire for relationship with others (achieved through communication or discourseeven between parents and their children), the desire for camaraderie (an informal feeling of trust, oneness, and acceptance, laden with the prospective continued stimulation of dopamine), which he called "play behavior."  He also knew that there were commands, and the ensuing fear of judgment, we had learned from our parents, and others in authority (people in the past), a "negative valence" toward "forbidden objects" which blocked our participation within the environment in the present (thus producing behavior antithetical to dopamine liberation for ourselves as well as for others), which he called "barrier behavior."    He also knew that by creating an environment where both "play and barrier behavior" (our desire to be accepted—loved—by the world around us and our desire to be love by those in authority over us) would be brought into a dialectical juxtapositioninto a manipulated or controlled environment of conflict between play and barrier i.e. tension—the environment would usually forces the participants to chose (re-chose) the "play behavior" (dopamine—approval by the world) over the "barrier behavior" (dopamine renunciation—fidelity to principles)By producing an internal pressure, known as cognitive dissonance, (The lack of harmony between what one does and what one believes.” “The pressure to change either one’s behavior or ones belief.”  Ernest R. Hilgard, Introduction to Psychology  Realize that our behavior may be one thing while our internal desire, our "natural" inclination to behave may be another, while externally we may be avoiding or rejecting something, internally, via dopamine emancipation, we may actually be wanting it, thus given liberty—uninhibited freedom to respond in a dopamine emancipating environment—our behavior can be emancipated from belief.) the participants would be caught between acceptance by the group (camaraderie, a dopamine moment) or rejection by the group (not a dopamine moment).  By holding to their hard held beliefs they would face the pain of estrangement from those who they wanted relationship with, in the community (by the removal of relationship via disapproval from others, in a selective environment, participants in a project can be moved away from openly declaring and defending their belief and thus begin the praxis of tolerating and embracing the opinions of others to restore and build interpersonal relationships—dopamine emancipation restores a person to those things in the environment which originally attracted him, helping him to "overcome" a self-environmental dialectical rift, a rift caused by commands enforced by an authoritarian voiced outside of and above the laws of nature, repressing the laws of the flesh).

"few individuals, as Asch has shown, can maintain their objectivity [their belief] in the face of apparent group unanimity; and the individual rejects critical feelings toward the group at this time to avoid a state of cognitive dissonance.  To question the value or activities of the group, would be to thrust himself into a state of dissonance.  Long cherished but self-defeating beliefs and attitudes may waver and decompose in the face of a dissenting majority.  Irvin Yalom Theory and Practice and Group Therapy bracketed information added

Alienation is the most painful experience in life (a non-dopamine moment i.e. resulting in depression if the person can not find outside restoration of "purpose").  When our relationship with others become our escape from depression (depression, due to the lack of dopamine emancipation, emancipation stimulated by the environment, their presence liberating dopamine, this is why it is painful when we lose loved ones, they die or move away) then we are subject to those who control the environment  Social-psychologists know that, and purposely use that knowledge to move people away from their belief.  This is why we must continue always to trust in our Savior and Lord, not laying down our shield of faith ("Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God,"  Romans 10:17  "Faith is the victory which overcometh the world" 1 John 5:4), we must overcome the accuser and his accusations by enduring in Christ (suffering rejection by others because they love not the truth) to the end. "And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death." Revelation 12:11

"Once a member realizes that others accept him and are trying to understand him, then he finds it less necessary to hold rigidly to his own beliefs;" ibid (Yalom)

“Judges problems in terms of situation, issues, purposes, and consequences involved rather than in terms of fixed, dogmatic precepts ….” Benjamin S. Bloom  Taxonomy of Education Objectives Book I Cognitive Domain 1956

The key to success for the social-psychologist, is to create an environment in favor with the group environment craving the pleasures of dopamine (group approval), a group environment unreceptive toward (contemptuous of, if not hostile toward) the parental authority figure (seen as an uninvited "process-commentator") with his paradigmatic fixation upon restrainta patriarchal paradigm (the source neurosis, the source of disconnection from the environmentself-environmental dialectical rift, alienation from the people who we love and want love from, alienation caused by our belief).  Thus the work of deception, known as 'group dynamics,' for which Lewin is famous, has become the foundation for achieving social harmony around the world (used even in the "Church" today,  the enlightened church that is).

"Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds.  Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin." Hebrews 12:1-4

For this process to be successful it is essential that participants reveal their restrained desires, their secret life of rebellion towards authority, their "ought's," their "secret" dreams i.e. dreams of liberation from the commands which turned them against things in the environment, things which stimulated the liberation of dopamine, things which must now be resisted, their pleasures denied, for the sake of approval by God, by parent, or some other higher authority.  "The individual may have ‘secret’ thoughts which he will under no circumstances reveal to anyone else if he can help it. To gain access is particularly important, for here may lie the individual’s potential.” Theodor Adorno The Authoritarian Personality

In a democratic society a patriarchal culture should make us depressed instead of glad; it is an argument against the higher possibilities of human nature, of self actualization.”  Abraham Maslow Maslow on Management

According to Kurt Lewin, it was one thing to recognize the source of neurosis (high regard for parental authority), it was another to overcome its domination over society (civil disobedience towards authority works best since individual disobedience is perceptually not strong enough to make change) and its "victims" (the social engineer who can not initiate and sustain control over the environment; the physical, mental, and social environment that is. This is the reason why those programmed in social-psychology are so vicious towards the traditional home when they do eventually gain control of the community, under the banners of "tolerance" and "change").  Lewin wrote about how the social engineer is able to destabilize and then desensitize people of the honoring of the office of their father and mother (sear the conscience): “... change in organization can be derived from the overlapping between play and barrier behavior.  To be governed by two strong goals is equivalent to the existence of two conflicting controlling heads within the organism.  This should lead to a decrease in degree of hierarchical organization.  Also, a certain disorganization should result from the fact that the cognitive-motor system loses to some degree its character of a good medium because of these conflicting heads.  It ceases to be in a state of near equilibrium; the forces under the control of one head have to counteract the forces of the other before they are effective.” (Barker, Dembo, & Lewin, “frustration and regression: an experiment with young children” found in Child Behavior and Development, p. 457.)

unity built upon "felt" needs
uniting the world by way of a collective emancipation of dopamine

Out of diversity (deviancy), one (unity). That is, out of many brought into the environment of confusion (fussing play and barrier behavior—fussing public which is informal, "Can't we all get along." and private, which is formal, "This is mine and not yours."), a new world order can be created, an order where anyone who blocks or inhibits social harmony, is perceived as being injurious to others (including children) experiencing a socially stimulated dopamine moment (tolerant of and in love with an every moving, ever changing world) is excluded from playing with the world, blocked from experiencing respect and support from the community (not a dopamine moment), and prevented from having any voice of persuasion within the community (since the community can no longer be persuaded with sound reason but only influenced by its identity with the environmental drawits common quest for peace and pleasure i.e. dopamine emancipation, it can only glaze over when presented with truth, glaze over out of fear of what others might say if they agree with the truth, others now being their "supplier" of dopamine).

"... consciousness must develop a dialectical contradiction between its immediate interests [dopamine for self] and its long-term objectives [dopamine for all], …Only when the immediate interests are integrated into a total view [the world united upon the senses—consensus] and related to the final goal of the process [deliberation in praxisdon't just feel and think it, do it, in a group i.e. facilitators, like witches, do it in a circle] do they become revolutionary," "Marx sees … consciousness as ‘practical critical activity’ with the task of ‘changing the world’."  Georg Lukacs History & Class Consciousness Class Consciousness March, 1920  [brackets added]

By the praxis of this heresiarchal paradigm (a way of thinking fixated upon change), participants (clients) move their focus from the one who brings restraint ("barriers") into their lives, teaching them self-restraint, to those who open unto them a life of "possibilities," reachable from the environment before them. "For the wicked boasteth of his heart’s desire, and blesseth the covetous, whom the LORD abhorreth. The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek after God: God is not in all his thoughts." Psalms 10:3, 4

"And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away? For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father’s, and of the holy angels."  Luke 9:23-26

If the child persists in attending to the forbidden item (chasing after dopamine), chastening by the parent will become necessary.  For those who love this world and the pleasure of it, this very act of parental chastening of children (chastening their child over those things which by nature attracted the child to the world and its pleasures, things which are seen by those of the world as being "harmless" to the child) is perceived as abusive to the child, abusive to the child's health, his cognitive, affective, and, psychomotor development, his discovering of his own person i.e. his becoming one with the world—holisticChild abuse (the parent "deforming" the child's physical, mental, and social health, by refusing to allow the child to become one with his environment, causing a self-environmental dialectical rift. This obstruction of the child's desires to experience the environment of his world, according to social-psychologist, produces a neurolinguistic stagnation in the developing child—produces a lasting neurosis) is consequent through this line of "reasoning," its "logical outgrowth."

"My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction: For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth."  Proverbs 3:8

Thus, two year olds are simply drug seekers, seeking the drug of dopamine, which the environment around them stimulates.  These druggies will become addicted to the things of this world (self-seeking, self-willed) if they do not learn to gain control over their own natural, carnal, worldly inclinations.  Those who are addicted to the seeking after dopamine liberation, through their child's addiction to seeking after dopamine liberation i.e. pleasure ("Oh! Isn't that cute.  Boys will be boys."), are nothing short of drug pushers themselves (facilitators are in fact drug pushers, controlling the environment so they can shape it in such a way so they can produce a group hug, Dionysian, orgiastic, Eros, collective, togetherness, dopamine driven moment for all within the environment, including themselves—striving for universal reconciliation).  In this case they do not directly produce the drug, they instead create, through manipulate, an environment with which the drug is loosed within the child or adult.  In this way the child becomes an addict to pleasure, never experiencing total withdrawal, until he commits a crime (committed to attain more pleasure, more release of dopamine) and then punished, maybe punished—it all depends upon his social worth at the time.

"Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."  Proverbs 22:6

"And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord."  Ephesians 6:4

(Provoke as in poking something with a stick to aggravate it. "Nurture" means chastisement in Greek.  Admonition means a gentile reproof or warning against oversight according to Merriam-Webster dictionary). When parents chasten  their children for seeking pleasure from forbidden objects, they are in effect training them on how to get themselves under control, to train themselves to control their own flesh, to help them realize that they too have an office of authority, an office of authority over their own selves—over a self which loves pleasure, which wants dopamine forever. Thus chastened children, by parents or God, have experienced withdrawal from the intoxicating pleasures of this life, making it harder for the world to seduce them. (Read Revelation 17 for a clear picture of worldly intoxication.)  Social engineers know that when dopamine withdrawal is learned by the child, i.e. that children have learned self-control, it makes their job of controlling the environment more difficult, for their job is to control the next generation of children for the sake of a one world dopamine party i.e. a future world of "peace."  By introducing something into the environment, something which draws the person's attention, something which gives them a dopamine rush, something which they secretly have been desiring to have or to relate with—something they were not to have or to relate with according to their parent or God—by then giving them hope in attaining their secret hearts desire, by gaining their trust and disarming their fear of danger or judgment (the warnings of parent or God), by creating a safe zone, while feeding their rising expectation, a facilitator, like a charlatan, like a pedophile, like the serpent in the Garden of Eden, can seduce a child or an adult (under the control of their influence) and use them for their own "purpose" (DUI: Driving, or in this case Deliberating while Under the Influence of a dopamine stimulating environment results in the person crashing into and burning with the worldly environment).

"But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.  And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.  But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.  Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses."  1 Titus,6:6-11

When your money is not the Lord's money, it is drug money.  You put it in the bank, or store it up (money is stored up potential pleasure with which you can, according to your desires, control or pick an environment to stimulate dopamine discharge), or invest it, for your present or future pleasure (creating or placing yourself in an environment which triggers the release of dopamine)—you hope you can live long enough to enjoy it (get your fill of dopamine, which is never lasting, via good food, messagesif you are into thatetc., viewing beautiful sunsets, mountains, etc., receiving the admiration and respect—love—of men, etc.), or you hope the courts will honour your last will and testimony so that those you love can live in or create an environment which stimulates its release.

"For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." Matthew 24:38, 39

It is not money which is the problem, it is the love of it, over and against God's will for you.  It is not pleasure which is the problem, it is the love of it, over and against God's will for you—the praxis of addiction.  God gave us all dopamine, God is not against money or pleasure. Without it you would be depressed and you would be depressing to all those around you. Yet there are many times in your life you must put pleasure to the side, you must practice withdrawalalienation from the world of pleasure.  Changing diapers is not a dopamine moment, you do it because of your love for your child, or elderly parent.  Obeying your parents is not always a dopamine moment, you do it because it is the right thing to do, in the Lord.

If we follow the pattern of the syllogism "If A = B and if B = C then A = C" and apply "control of the environment" to A, and "control of dopamine" to B, and "control of man" to C then we can present the formula for the control of man according to the dialectical pattern applied by social engineers/humanists: "If whoever controls the environment controls the liberation of or withdrawal from dopamine and if the liberation of or withdrawal from dopamine controls man then whoever controls the environment controls man."  It is easy to understand the liberation of dopamine is positive and the withdrawal from dopamine (self-control, self-restraint) is usually taught by force or threat of force (judgment) and is negative. The outcomes are diabolically opposed to one another, as explained in Walden Two.

For the parents today, with youth who are hooked on the environment which stimulates dopamine emancipation, it has become a nightmare to find any ground for communication.  Satisfaction of their habits supersedes any recognition of their addiction.   Self worth outweighs any sense of personal obligation and responsibility, unless it adds to their self-worth.  The worth of the parents becomes the financial benefit they provide to the child's habits.  The same can be said for governments run by departments bleeding the citizens to support their habits of socially controlled dopamine emancipation. Take their source of pleasure away (tax dollars), and they accuse the citizens of being extremists, spying on them (distrustful), hateful of the "general publics welfare," all the time concerned about their own hide, their paycheck (Abraham Maslow wrote of his own hypocrisy, his desire for financial gain, in his journals.  Hypocrisy like Judas Iscariot). "Then saith one of his disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, which should betray him, Why was not this ointment sold for three hundred pence, and given to the poor? This he said, not that he cared for the poor; but because he was a thief, and had the bag, and bare what was put therein." John 12:4-6  "…the therapist embarks on a many-layered effort to transform a sense of personal dissatisfaction [having to obey parents' orders against one's desires since the parents have the bag of money] into a decision to change, and then into the act of change [take the bag of money away from the parents via taxes for social programs i.e. the funds to enforce them—who can speak against the caring for children and the disadvantaged].  The true purpose of humanists controlling the finances of the general public is to undue the effects of early childhood in a patriarchal structured homesthe effects the home was having upon the next generation and the effect they were having upon government.  "Among the strongest of these is man’s need for an omnipotent, omniscient, omnicaring parent, which together with his infinite capacity for self-deception creates a yearning for and a belief in a superbeing." "Freud referred to as the group’s ‘need to be governed by unrestricted force . . . it’s extreme passion for authority . . . it’s thirst for obedience.’"  Irvin Yalom  Theory and Practice and Group Psychotherapy
